We used to have a very large 1 acre garden when younger. Then about 15 years ago, we did only tomatoes, onions, wax beans, and I had a great little herb garden. When I became disabled, I couldn't get down on my knees to garden (the beds weren't that high) and I really couldn't get to it with the "lumpy" yard because I couldn't walk on anything that wasn't level.  My hubby lost interest because it was too much work for him by himself so he tore it all down.

This year I have hopes to do some container gardening. A couple tomato plants, wax beans, loose leaf lettuce, peppers, and lots of herbs. All I need to do is get my chauffer to take me  over to the farm store.  :)
