whats your reason to smile?

Yes I have smiled today even laughed while visiting with my friend on the phone

I try to because I do not want to have a sad face.
I do smiling exercises every day.
It is a type of plastic surgery: No botox, no creams, no lasers.

Yes, I try and smile everyday; makes me feel better.

This is such a good question. I find myself getting more easily irritated with myself and my son over very minor details. Guess staying in home all the time makes me more depressed.
I am trying meditation lately and found that it enabled me to slow down and smile more. It enabled me to see the beauty in smaller things like nature, breeze on my skin, allowing myself to be lazy.
I will read others' posts to get more inspiration as I agree that smiling more would be much needed now.

I try to make sure I smile everyday and keep a positive attitude. I'm smiling now because after I get my posts in for the month I'm going to take a nap.
