Title: Finally, I earned the 5 cents necessary to do the PTC
Post by: bostonphil on March 23, 2021, 09:46:04 am: It took me days to earn my 5 cents. Did not qualify for any of the few surveys available although I did earn some pennies.

I had to earn the 5 cents doing the searches on the video page. Most did not credit but today, I finally made my 5 cents and completed the PTC.

I hope this situation will improve.

Post by: pstovall on March 23, 2021, 11:57:13 am: I can identify. I've been trying to find five cents for a week. I'm up to three and they were from the video page. The "videos" rarely credit for me, but occasionally, I get lucky.

I decided to check again and, lo and behold, videos were present, and the first paid me four cents. I'm back in business. It's crazy how exciting it is to find a couple of pennies!

That is the same one that put me over the top. Now I am trying to make my 5 cents so that I can do tomorrow's PTC. This is too much work

I have updated my profile. I have cleared my cache and cookies. I have rebooted my computer. Nothing helps.

This began several days ago and I know it is happening to one other person besides myself.

I have just opened a support ticket with Peanut Labs. I am wondering if I have been blocked.

I also was doing PL surveys on Grabpoints and am having the same problem which began the same time as FC.

Post by: berthabutt on March 24, 2021, 01:50:46 pm: I got a surprise 6 cent delayed credit from video section search today. So I'm able to to do PTC for the first time in days. I also got the 5 cents from video section to do PTC Thursday. :thumbsup:

Post by: pstovall on April 02, 2021, 12:44:58 pm: I'm glad to hear that some people are having success with the surveys. I agree with bostonphil! This is getting to be "too much work". However, I DID snag an $.11 survey today through PL. I still get the $.56 surveys that tell me they are not a match and don't even give me a $.01 DQ, but thankfully, there are a few other PL's scattered in with the $.56'ers, and occasionally, I can complete one of them. I'm inching my way up to the $15 non bonus requirement. I'm going to breathe easier once I reach that milestone.
