Title: Survey page

For the last couple of days, when I go to the survey page, a blank, white screen stares back at me!  Is it just I, or are you experiencing the same thing?

No I do get a message:

This page isn’t working right nowwww.fusioncash.net can't currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Survey Page was working for me yesterday but I just went to it and I got the same message as the first member who responded to your discussion.

Sad isn't it but at least it gives us something to post about.

If you are using Chrome, go to the survey page and hit Ctrl+Shift+I. The developer tools will open and you'll have a bunch of HTML/Javascript code. Just ignore that.

Then hit Ctrl+Shift+M and it will change to Mobile view. When you hover over the survey page you should see a grey circle instead of an arrow.

Right-click and select Reload. Surveys should become available again.

Don't close the developer tools or you'll have to start over again when the survey page refreshes.

Thank you for the info but this is too much work for me to take a survey for FC

It's only two key commands and then reload the page, but okay.
