There aren't many kids on my street. My doorbell rang once. There was about three of them. They quickly left.
-
Yes, but I didn’t have any candy! I was totally embarrassed!😞
-
Nah. Its not really celebrated around here.
-
My Bell was rang one time. Glad there weren't anymore. Hate Halloween.

none treater :(

I have been here for 30 years. I only got a few trick or treaters for the 1st five years or so. :pumpkin: :pumpkin: :peace:

We have been here just over 25 years - when we first moved in Halloween was non stop with a parade of kids coming to the door, you never had a chance to sit down. Yesterday we had the doorbell ring three times, 3 kids, 1 kid and then a group of about 10 - that was it. I liked the old days - felt more like a neighborhood then.
-
none, I didn't expect any all go to neighborhood trick or treat party.
-
Yes, we got many kids on our streets. It was really nice to see people coming out and our chocolates are gone within 30 minutes.
-
No, I don;t get many kids

My doorbell only once. I don't believe in Halloween because of the evil people who are still putting needles etc. in candy.
-
Nope.

Still fun online though.
Senior issues now, I leave the lights off and the gates closed. Used to be a great night with fun looking at all the costumes, but now after listening to "Citizen" in my neighborhood, I don't feel safe doing the "Trick" or "Treat" scenario ! :(

We live on the side of the mountain with a long winding driveway. So thankfully no one comes up to our door. I don't celebrate halloween anyway.
-
Yes, I gave away an entire large back of Kit Kats/Hershey's! It was great - I had just moved into the neighborhood so it was nice to see people I had never met before
-
We live way out in the Country. It is too far for trick or treaters.
-
I never do, but I miss getting them. But with the pandemic it's good we didn't get any this year; people are becoming more lax about it but c19 is still out there, I lost my grandmother from it September 14th :rainbow:

Lol This happened to me several years ago and I improvised and gave them mint. I fully expected them to be thrown in the yard the next day but they weren't.

I think after a while they pick up on which houses give candy and which don't lol

This is why I never let my kids trick or treat, that and I don't like to celebrate this particular holiday, but I would let them attend a fall festival at the church.

We always only get a handful. We live on a cul-de-sac at the end of a dead end street.
