Is there really a need for this "Support" section in the forum anymore? Or maybe it should be rebranded as the "Complaints" section. Or maybe this and the "Suggestions" group should be combined.

I think the Support discussion board is more for other member to respond to a member needing help. I always check this board.
I kinda like the name Complaints for a discussion board. Maybe we could add that.

I agree, this category seems pointless.

It seems pointless but it allows people a place to vent. It also brings up issues tot he site event though nothings being done about them

Sorry but i cant help commenting here.
I know for a fact there was at least 2 clowns that must have sent in over 100 complaints on a member being banned that was unfair.Im sure FC even realized it and got tired of their BS.
Hence in the end it hurt members that needed the right support.
Those 2 members are in oblivion now thankfully so!!!

I get what you are saying, but I seriously doubt that the FC brass let that sour them to the rest of us. I think they just stopped administering at the same level of detail/attention.

I know the site isnt as lucrative as it once was.If it was the 2 yrs im a member i would try to earn too.I have earned NOTHING!!!
FC wasnt making anything to hear their nonsense.Maybe now they are making just enuff to be appeased.After-all it still is up and running.
Maybe by letting the cry babies go they are happy with what they are getting with the remaining faithful and the traffic that comes thru.

Just curious - what led you to the site in the first place? I came here in 2015 when it was recommended by another online money maker who I trusted. It was a great money maker at that point. But if you've never earned anything, I wonder what drew you here to begin with.
I know that it's folks like me who motivate you to stick around... ;)

Just curious - what led you to the site in the first place? I came here in 2015 when it was recommended by another online money maker who I trusted. It was a great money maker at that point. But if you've never earned anything, I wonder what drew you here to begin with.

I think you know the whole story why i am here.
Anyway even i admit now this forum used to be better,but in one sense some of the undesirables are gone.
We accomplished what we set out to do.Everything is gravy from here on out.

I also agree that we don't get any support from the administration. I have submitted important support tickets, but never received a reply. At least when you do earn enough to cash out they do send you the money.

I also agree. There is no Support anymore. FC use to answer my Support Tickets and then they just stopped. I hope that FC will be up and running right really soon. FC is my favorite site.

It looks like Kohler (the only FC staff member that I ever knew to be active in the forums) hasn't been on site in over two years. So it looks like most of us are talking just to hear ourselves talk.

I agree with you on this. Not sure if they receive too many complaint tickets or what and they are fed up, so they never answer any of them.

That could work. But I would further adjust that to "Vent about Fusion Cash" - otherwise you'll have people venting about that idiot driving too slow in the road or the rising costs of gasoline or the long lines in the checkout lanes at the grocery store... You know - the typical stuff that you see in "Off Topic"

Well yeah, sure. In principle that IS what it is for... But there is no support given as a result of posting here. So - really the distinction is blurred between Support, Fusion Cash, and Suggestions. Why have three forums that are all essentially used for the same purpose?

It wouldn't make a bit of difference for me, because I never look at the categories anyway. I just click Unread Replies and check them, then click FC Community in the breadcrumbs above Post Reply and click Unread Posts to be completely updated.

It is hard to get any kind of support on this site now. The last time I submitted a support ticket they never answered my request.

Try posting your question or problem here in this category, that is if you are truly looking for help and not just venting.
I think if we members take over this Forum it could not be any worse, so let's do it.

Just for comparison, I had to contact support on INbox Dollars site because I was supposed to get $18 for a game that I played. I got an automated response immediately and then a full answer within a day or two about what I needed to send them as proof. I provided all the information that they needed and received my deposit of $18 today. Can you imagine this site actually solving a problem even within a week. That is why I focus on other sites more. We are making them money and deserve to have a support team.

Not all of us, I answer newbie questions all the time (they are just not official).
