There are so many options on TV now it has become overwhelming. I stick to a few shows and that is it.

I think I have heard of it, but have never seen it.  I have several programs that I like to see so right now I don't want to start watching anything new.

It's about the life of Christ and the Jewish people and their trials, tribulations and successes. It depicts the people as regular people going about their lives when Jesus comes to live among them and interact with them. To me it brings the characters to life.

It's a wonderful series. I have helped support them along the way with some meager contributions. And I have the entire series on DVD. You might still be able to see it on youtube although at some point you needed the app to view it. It's well worth watching whether or not you're a believer. Try it; I think you'll really like it.  :star:

I LOVE "The Chosen."  Linderlizzie gives a great synopsis.  It really does make Bible days come to life.  It gives you a better understanding of what it was like when Jesus chose his disciples and interacted with them, and how he went about healing people. I have watched Season 1 three times and have started Season 2. It gives you a lot to think about.

I've been wanting to watch this one for a while now, but just haven't gotten around to it. They had it available to watch in a group setting in one of our Catholic churches in town, but it was on a night that was not available to me.

I never saw this so it wouldnt be fair for me to comment on it.

With that being said,as GREAT a movie as the 10 Commandments was it was pretty foolish they NEVER mention Gods name when many times it was appropriate to do so.

Christendom does the same thing and even tho the muslims refer to god as allah,allah is only a title like lord or god.Plus they dont refer to the bible as Gods word.
