Title: Thanksgiving leftovers.
Post by: plennis on November 28, 2022, 01:35:43 pm
Well for 2 days we have turkey and dumplings.  My family loves dumplings.  On Sunday I made it into turkey tortilla soup, it is so good.  Sometimes I think I like the leftovers better than the original meal.  We have some yummy soup now for a couple of days

We did not have the traditional Thanksgiving Dinner at my daughter's house.  She cooked chicken and I cooked fried rice.

I love eating leftovers from Thanksgiving. I think that is the best part of the meal.

NO leftovers because we were alone and in a VRBO this Thanksgiving. Just did a lot of hiking in VA

I've been needing to go on a diet for months and I keep finding excuses to not do it or select a time into the future when it will be an easier time to start. I decided the day after Thanksgiving to just go cold turkey. It was delicious!
