Which do you prefer, sugar or sweet n low? I like both equally, but I do prefer sweet n low in my iced tea.

I'm with you.  Although in the long run for health, sugar is probably better for you.

I prefer sugar because I have heard that sweet n low is not good for you.  I use to use sweet n low, but I stopped because of the ingredients.

Fake sugars are really bad for you. So I prefer real sugar, though I don't really have a sweet tooth.

I gag on any sugar that is not real sugar. And I detest things that are artificially sweetened, like diet sodas. :angry7: Yes, really. It is putrid.

I have suspected Irritable bowel syndrome as a possible cause of problems for me and read that Sugar is one of the highest causes reported. What really surprised me, was that included Probiotic Yogurt (loaded with extra Sugar), which I previously thought was on the short list if diet items to include in your self-treatment?

Artificial sweeteners are bad. I prefer monk fruit sweeter but that has erythritol which now supposedly causes heart attacks and strokes.

I definitely love both sugar and sweets, depending on the situation. But when it comes to breakfast or snacking, there's no substitute for a good pinch of sugar when you're making homemade treats. I personally recommend trying homemade cinnamon toast crunch (http://druera.com/blogs/culinary-and-recipes/delicious-homemade-cinnamon-toast-crunch), which combines that sweet cinnamon flavor. It's easy to make, not sickeningly sweet, and the aroma of cinnamon will fill your kitchen.
