It depends on whether you are part of the wedding party.  They usually pick what you wear.  Otherwise a nice suit in dark blue or black is always safe.

Is it OK to wear a brown wedding suite? Or it HAS to be black only?

Honestly, it's totally OK to wear a brown wedding suit. You don't have to stick to the traditional black tuxedo if you don't want to. Brown can actually be a really stylish and unique choice for a wedding. Plus, it's a great color for fall or winter weddings.
