Title: Working at my computer standing up instead of sitting down

I recently tried working at my computer standing up instead of sitting down. I liked it. Now I alternate between sitting and standing. I always play PS games standing up. But computer games are more comfortable to play sitting down, maybe I'm not used to it yet. Have you tried working standing up and what do you think about it.

Right now I'm looking for a standing work surface I came across this amazing option at https://www.progressivedesk.com/collections/standing-desks (https://www.progressivedesk.com/collections/standing-desks) that seems perfect for my needs. However, it's a bit out of my budget range.. Let's chat and exchange your experiences!

   Some libraries have both choices-Do not stand up all the time. Do not sit down all the time. Both can affect your overall health!
