Title: Leap year 2024 February 29

Adding a day this month to the calendar, February 29!  Shortest day of the year.

Rule: If the year is divisible by 100 but not 400 we skip Leap year for that year! 

Skipped:

1700
1800
1900
2000 (we did not skip although divisible)
