We can't submit the 2 cent email and we can't get the paid to click . What else is wrong? I tell you. I came back and I cashed out twice. Now I am close but can't earn my extra 17 cents per day

The fact that we're still getting the daily email (albeit useless) tells me that it's a work in progress for FC to get a new provider for the capcha code. If we don't get the email, then I'd guess it may be the end.

I am afraid you are right, the curtain is closing, the show is over, no gas left in the tank, but looking at the old posts below here it's not the first time, so we just need to keep trying. I'm stuck at $24 with no 2 cent email, no Paid to Click and have not made a penny all week.

Oh no! And you can't get a dollars worth from Tap surveys? I just wonder if cashing out will even work! I'm at $19, only have about a month left to get to my minimum $25. Without the extra 17 cents a day, I have to hustle on Tap surveys.

I wish they would hurry up and fix this problem. I was doing good earning a little bit each day and now I can only earn with TAP.

Me too Cathy! I'm not doing very well with the Tap surveys. Plus I don't the time to spend on them. C'mon FC let's get 'er done!! :) :thumbsup: :in-love:

Has anyone been able to do the paid to click or get credit for the daily e-mails. I have not in almost a month now because the captacha is not working.

Nope!
Seems the only option for a captcha on this site is "Google reCAPTCHA to replace the Solve units." (The email I got is quoted below). Email or PTC won't work until they remove the requirement or pay Google for theirs.

Why do we still get the daily email when we are not able to actually complete the task to earn the 2 cents? Is this problem ever going to be fixed, or do I need to give up on this site?
It used to be a great little money earner, but now it's like everything I try to earn does not work.
The only thing I seem to get to work on is the Paid to Click task for $0.15, but then when I click to earn the $0.15 again, I cannot enter any code.
If the administrators are not going to or cannot fix the issue, they should shut down the site and pay whatever we have in our accounts.
I have not been able to earn the $02 for the daily emails since April 18th.

Yeah Melanie, about the only thing to do to earn is Tap Research surveys. I think many of us are still hoping everything will work again soon. They must know by now there are issues. I kinda wish they'd stop sending the emails until it's fixed too, but I just go check every few days to see if that day's email is working yet. If not, I go delete them all. I am still holding out hope that we'll get one that works in the future!

Must cost more than FC was paying for the captcha service, I got an email saying theirs expired and was no longer offered..FC has to go to Chrome for a captcha service

I doubt it. It seems FC is in the wind. They are hiding. No answer at support here , no answer to my letter, and even the BBB didn't get a response from them. I'm done. FC is here to make money only. As long as people work their site, they'll be happy. The new owners don't care about us.
Sadly, I believed things would get better when the "new owners" took over and stuck up for them in the beginning, but I was wrong. I have $26.14+$15+all the days I couldn't do PTC since my email was termed invalid in August. How much money did all you lose from forum posting? A lot more than me. You'll never get it, either. I won't be working these surveys anymore. Why should I if they're not going to allow me to cash out? I loved Tap Research. I'm done here.
