is this for real? and how much can most make in an 8 hour day?

It's not a daily thing all the time for 8 hours, you just complete all possible surveys to your fitting then wait for more which can take a while, then you could also refer new members for 3$ from each of them. But once the freebie surveys run out you cant come back anymore until they upload more which can take forever. Trust me I am waiting right now.

I'm new here and am very much confused :dontknow:about the blogging. Do I get paid for each blog? Some of the surveys I've tried to take, they say no money required but by the time you get half way through, they want money. Funny huh?

I think it's just the side offers within the free offers that want money. But yes it's true you have to be careful what you click eve in the free offers. :sad1:

Daily 15 cents adds up! I do an offer once in a while and having referrals is the real key I think!

yes, this does work. Most people aren't going to make a ton of money doing this. It depends how much work YOU put into it. Referrals are the way people make big bucks.
It's the 11th and I'm 10 cents short of having enough to cash out for the month.

I believe this site works even thou i havent recieved a check yet. my first cashout is still pending.
but they wouldnt let me cashout without getting my sign up bonus first.

Makettlez, the freebie offers ARE completely free. They don't cost you anything. If you see a page within the offer saying it costs you something, simply skip it!!

It definitely works and there isn't any guarantee about how much money you can make in 8 hours. You could make 500 bucks or $0.15.

I don't make a lot of money, but I don't spend very much time on here, only a few minutes 3 or 4 times a week. But i like getting free money, even if it's not a lot, and it gets quite addictive after a while LOL!

This isn't meant to replace a full-time job. Instead, it's a way to get a little extra money while you're killing time online. Who couldn't use more grocery/gas/etc money?
How much you make per day really depends on which offers you have available to complete, whether or not you qualify for the two daily surveys [and even if you try it at 10 am and don't qualify, it's my understanding that you can go back at, say, 3 pm and try again], and how good you are at getting referrals [something I'm still struggling with myself].
I've been here since late August, and I've cashed out once, at $35. I'm eligible to make my second cash out now, but since you're paid once a month, I'm waiting until the end of November to do so. That's another reason why this isn't meant to be a full-time job - how could you make a living being paid once a month?
I think it's worth it, personally.

I've been a member just over a month now, my earnings are up to $19.90, hoping for them to post some more free offers,
so I can hopefully make payout by the end of the month.

It depends on how hard you work for the referrals! If you really apply yourself on getting referrals to the site, then you can potentially make a LOT of money. But most people do this casually in their spare time making like $20-40 per month.
