Apparently I'm using a VPN to edit a wiki, because the device IP's address is blocked. However, I've recently done it and nothing happens. Until now, I've attempted to go to 3 different IP proxies, and it shows that I'm blocked (technically the IP itself) I've attempted to purge the page, but if I'm blocked, I'm forbidden to. Is it even possible to get hardware banned on FANDOM, and how is this possible?

And just to be clear, an IP ban is not a hardware ban. They are different things.
Running into IP bans like this is just a risk you take when using VPNs, mobile data, or a public network. You cannot control who had the IP before you nor can you control what they did. If the IP you get assigned was previously blocked because someone else did something wrong, then you will also be blocked until your IP address changes again.

For issues with proxy settings or blocked requests in the Fandom community (e.g., 4400000000003614383), make sure your client supports full proxy authentication, headers, and proper DNS resolution. If IP restrictions are still causing failures, try using better rotating IPv6 proxies—This link (https://lightningproxies.net/products/ipv6-proxies) offers a solid option.
