Hi I am trying to post a picture of my payment on the contest but every time i try to do it it says my pictured is to large. I have tried it over and over. I dont know what else to try. Would anyone have some advice on how to get my pic on here? I am using my digital camera to take the pictures. Thanks

I had no idea how to post a picture of my check either, but I did succeed...however, my check is HUGE on the other thread about posting a picture.

I scanned a copy of my check using my hp solution center on my computer, then I saved that into photobucket, then I put the img code from photobucket into the Fusion Cash thread.

I hope someone else can help us both out because the image that I succeeded on posting in FC is HUGE.  LOL

If you want it to appear in your forum signature, hit Profile > Forum Profile Information > then select the 'Replace Sig with FC Signature Banner' button. If you want to use the banner elsewhere, I believe you can just use the link that appears in the signature field once you've pressed the button.

Before uploading you should be able to resize the image in something like Windows Picture Manager (which is usually an option if you right click on the image and hover over 'Open with').

You could google picture resizing. There are sites that will resize your pictures for free.

Grab a free copy of Irfanview to resize it, then here's how to post it:

Open the picture using mspaint. Click on the image tab, there is an option to resize your image. If your image is too large say like more that 256kb then use a horizontal and vertical scaling of 40 each. Then save your resized image.
Now the size of your image is less than 128kb and you can upload it onto FC. If it is still more than 128kb resize it again using the required scaling.

That's why I suggested a free copy of Irfanview. You can crop it, resize it, then reduce the color density to 256 colors and it will be in a tiny file size.

copy and paste the picture into paint, click the corner and drag it in
