.....I seem to have more patients with my sons for some reason and my husband seem to be patient more with our daughters.....Daddies Girl and momma's boy.....what about you??
-
I have 3 girls and 1 boy. Girls are not as easy as most people think..... there's a lot more work that goes into raising them. boys are physically exhausting but easy to deal with. what's hard are the emotional things and all the drama that comes with having girls.
Love 'em both just as much.....
And i totally agree with mama's boys and daddy's girls That's exactly how it is.

THREE girls may the force be with you........ ;)

I only have one son (who is AWESOME!) but I come from a family of two daughters. I think girls and boys are equally hard to raise during the teenage years but I think raising a boy is a bit easier (it's still a pain in the rear during adolescence but that's life) as girls can be much more devious with their deceptions (based on my personal experiences with my parents). Hee. Hee. :)

i can't wait to someday have a daughter -- but coming from a family of 1 boy/1 girl I think the daddy's girl, mommy's boy is the honest reality! :)
I have one son and he is mommy's boy and i wouldn't have it any other way - he is my love! (I love my husband to but you know!)

Are you doctors? ;D

I have a son and a step-son. When I married my husband, I could absolutely not wait to have another..hoping it was a girl.
We got our wish and I love her soo very much but she is a trial. My son and SS were soo much easier at her age.
I wouldn't trade it for anything, though....definitely gives me a lesson in being patient everyday.

Sons.

daughters less trouble than boys in my case

Well considering I have two daughters and no sons I choose daughters!!
-
Yea you right I rather choose daughters than sons, because boys are badder than girls.

I have 3 girls and 1 boy.
Each had their own way of giving me gray hair ;D! Just kidding.
I don't think sex has anything to do with it. Each child is unique and has their own inner set of guiding. Yes, we train, mold, and love them...but they bring their take on life with them. Mix that with the family dynamics and the friends they make and the "environment" and it doesn't seem to matter if they are boy or girl as far as which is easier to raise.

when our first child was being born - the doctor asked whether we wanted a girl or a boy - we both replied healthy - happy child - remember you do not choose your children - your children choose you - it will be a few more hundred years before everyone figures this out - so good luck and we wish that all children be healthy and happy - for we are all children and we chose to be here - IMHO >> In My Humble Opinion - The MUSEUM, Zazzle, deviantART, ArtFire, FineArtAmerica

I always just wanted to have a boy. You have to do too much for little girls; The ribbon, the hair bows, ect. With a little boy, you have the option of keeping his hair cut or keeping it braided. My little boy likes getting his hair cute. I was blessed with a little boy and a little girl and I wouldn't trade them for nothing in the world.

i generally prefer boys.
they're easier for me to handle, i'm not sure why.
-
i find both a hassle, i think daughters would be tough to take care of and make happy, and sons are destructive..but i think i'd like a daughter
-
Seein that i already have a daughter i would perfer daughters yea more work but if you do it right it will work out in your favor in the end daughters love daddy's

I only have two daughters, but I am the third of my parents seven kids (4 boys and 3 girls) and I got to think boys are easier....Don't get me wrong I love my daughter and would not trade them for a boy but girls are very dramatic every little thing seems like the sky is falling.
I just had a problem with my two year old, she had a tantrum because I did not put her pony tail in the right spot. that was a good 10 min. of crying.
Maybe I am wrong and boys are the same, as I don't have any sons to compare maybe someone could fill me in.

That sounds just like my household growing up! I don't have any daughters myself but I have one son and I spoil him to death, I don't know how things will be if there was a girl in my house, complete chaos..... maybe! LOL!

I don't have any kids but I think I would prefer a daughter more.
