I'm 15 right now and I've never had a "real" job. Well it depends on what you consider a real job. I've been working online since i was 13 and I'd say I've made enough money to consider it a real job.

I got my first real job when I was 12... It was under the table, but I had to stay over night with this 96 year old lady that had issues with being alone at night. All I had to do is show up around 8pm and watch TV with her for a couple hours and then go to sleep in my own bedroom and stuff.

I babysat and cleaned houses from the age of 10 until I became pregnant at the age of 15, that's when I went out a got a real job.
After my son was born, I pretty much stayed at home. Now I make more money online and get to be with my family!!

I begged and begged the airport in Midway if they would hire me as I was only 12. My parents lived right next to the airport so every single day I got off the school bus I would walk up to the airport and just basically bug them till they hired me. I worked there till I was 15. I loved it and met alot of interesting people as they came off the planes. I would have to say that was my funniest job I ever had.

I was 17-years-old when I got my first job.

Probably around 9 or 10
I made a buck an hour for mowing, raking, digging, scooping, hauling and what ever else there was to do
1st "real" job was at 13 working in a grocery store
$2 an hour and a free breakfast or lunch (depending on the shift)
You know
Thinking about it now that was poop work but I always had a $100 in my pocket
and some money in the bank
At 16 I went to the chevy dealer and paid cash for my first brand new pick-up
Thinking about it now
Life used to be pretty sweet
Ahhhh.........

I started working when I was 12. My sister and I went into business for ourselves so we could buy clothes. We made flyers and mowed lawns, babysitting, house cleaning, and pet care. We also sold pecans and blueberries door to door that we got from my family's farm. Most people might not consider that a "real job" but it was since it was necessary.
