Wouldn't it be great to have access to your FusionCash cash at anytime, get cash out of ATMs, and shop online? I think there should be a FusionCash Prepaid Visa Card, so you can spend the money in your account, without waiting for the next month to get paid. ;)
-
Actually, I prefer Paypal. I can use that to shop online, or transfer it to my checking account and use my debit card. Debit cards are accepted a lot more places than prepaid visas.

PayPal is more convenient, but you know, the more options the better, right? I mean I don't see a downside to their being alternate ways to access your money generated by this site.
-
for when i start making money on here, i have a paypal.
-
as long as i can get my money i'm happy no matter how i get it ;D
-
If you use PayPal then you can use their debit card free.
-
When an offer is credited, the money you earned from it will expire in 180 days. Using a FusionCash debit card, means decreasing your balance, and keeping money in your account longer.
-
I like the Direct deposit option, it's hard enough to remember all the pin #'s I already have. :)
-
It would probably cost fusion cash $ to purchase the visa debit plastic cards. Therefore this could result into lower amounts of payouts or a fee when you cash that option out.
-
With the cost of overhead to keep this thing going. I don't think that having the plastic card deal for Fusion Cash will be efficient. You can just use your existing card or bank account for payment. To set up the card, Fushion Cash would need to charge the user a fee just to be sure that some of the set up fee can be reimbursed. And then more staff will be needed for the support, on and on and on.
-
This would have a minimum $5 fee. Would anyone be willing to pay that?

I wouldn't personally, but I'm sure some people would. I agree with oldbuddy. You could just use the free paypal debit card or just direct deposit into your checking account.
-
I agree with OldBuddy as well, the PayPal debit card just makes more since.
-
I have used PayPal for years and it is by far the greatest payment gateway around. They stand behind you if there are disputes with your purchases. The debit card is FREE and FusionCash picks up any fees associated with your transfer (cashout). It would be entirely too costly for FusionCash to implement such a card. Just my thoughts... :peace:
-
I think a FC debit card would be kind of ridiculous unless you're one of the crazy mofos like oldbuddy who make tons of money from referrals. Just withdraw it into your checking account.
-
More fees! No reason for FC to get a debit/credit card! Just get a paypal one if you -really- need one. It's even more instant than a FC one, and it would be accepted more places too, I'm sure.
-
I think it's interesting that a "direct deposit" still takes so long. Usually, it's the fastest way to get your money.

Direct Deposit from your employer is a little different, since they typically know who is getting how much money ahead of time, so they can be scheduled. Our mix of payments, however, often changes up until the last minute due to denials, revokations, people providing ID, etc. So there's no sensible way to schedule everything ahead of time. Thus, they arrive 1-2 business days after approval, which is how long they take to post once we've transmitted them. I hope this explains the situation :)
-
I think a fusioncash debit card would be too costly. Paypal is what (will) use for payouts. ::)
-
it helped a lot, actually. thanks for explaining!

umm..prepaid visa's ands debit card visa's are the EXACT same....as long as they both have the Visa logo then they can go to the same processor.
No they aren't. No need to capitalize 'exact' especially when you are wrong.
With a pre-paid visa card you typically cannot pay for gas at the pump or rent a car or hotel room. Some restaurants will deny a pre-paid card because you cannot adjust the final amount owed after tip.
So before you start a reply with a smart *bleep* "ummmm..." and then capitalize other words to talk down to someone, please know what you are talking about first.

You're right, sig, they are nothing alike. That misinformation could really screw some people up.
-
I prefer to save it and then cash out when necessary..
-
I have a paypal account because I use amazon and ebay, so when I have big cash outs, I will use paypal. But at first, I think I want that check in my hand. I think if Fusioncash had debit cards, it might get costly for us. And I want to make money!

PWNED is right, you also can't signup for book clubs and gamefly and other companies online. You also can't build your credit and they generally don't have reward programs. They also charge for you to withdraw and use your own pre-paid card.
The only pro with pre-paid cards is the referral programs for them, which makes it borderline PONZI
@ADMIN: Is the $5 once a month, or is it a one-tme payment for the FC card?

Yes yes ... I think paypal is good too. They can do a lot of services that others bank and prepaid card did.

@teflonfanatic - Actually, your wrong. With prepaid debit cards you can sign up for signs like book clubs, gamefly, etc. I signed up for Gamefly with my Green Dot Debit Card and they take it as it's a regular credit/debit card. I use the card monthly though.

IT IS A GOOD THING TO HAVE OPTIONS, BUT ALSO WANT TO BE WISE AND KEEP YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY SAFE!

I wouldn't even bother with a prepaid credit card myself. i would just as soon wait for my checks in the mail. I have a paypal account that I used years ago. Is the cashout faster if you use PayPal?

Sure it is, you don't need to wait on the mail.

Well I am new here, but I agree that the overhead would probably cost too much. As of yet I so not have a paypal account, but i might soon!
-
Honestly, I think that there is no reason to need FC debit card. We all ready have three options. Everyone has their own preference. I used PayPal for each cash out, which was great, but I always ended up just transferring it directly to my checking account right after it went into my PayPal, so this month I opted to cut out the middle man and have it directly deposited into my checking account.
I mean if there is a lot of interest from FC users about wanting the debit cards and they are willing to pay the fee and FC wont lose any money by doing it, then I guess that it is always good to have new additional options. I just don't see why it would be necessary.
Personally, I wouldn't use it. I'm going to stick with direct deposit.. :dontknow:

My visa debit card belongs to a bank that has a blue swastika.

you're better off with our bank debit cards. I've started a thread like this too, and I got turned down...badly
-
I like the ideal of a debit card but i think paypal account will work best for me.
-
Or you could use one of those "green dot " prepaid cards. Whoever prefers getting thier money on a debit card would have to go out and get it themselves.I have one. You can get them for free online. I think it was one of the offers. :) Just a thought! Everyone have a Merry Christmas!
