Title: crediting

I did an offer in which I received email confirmations from the offer & fusion cash. The problem is that it's not on my balance page.

Is this one of those offers that is delayed in showing up on my balance sheet?
I also wanted to know if we are allowed to do manual credit requests? Just in case an offer came through the company, but not on fusion cash.

Make sure it's not spam that's sending you those messages. I would suggest you contact the fusioncash staff to see if they can help, it could be a technical problem or something that they can fix.

I did that same offer and it credited to my account the next day. I also received an e-mail stating that it credited. Maybe your credit is delayed...but definitely contact FC to see what's up if it doesn't show soon.

why wont the special offers credit?
