Title: Why was I not cashed out?

I've done everything right (set up account, got the $15 with surveys, and cashed out before December), I'm still pending, why?

Because accounts are approved a few days before the cash is actually sent out. Please try and find the information you are looking for via the search feature before starting a new thread.
