Title: Why do advertisers have the right to say something free!when there not!

Please tell me why it is ok to say something is totally free just to get to bottom of page and say just this one time low charge!

There are so many scams out there today it's sickening. I would never trust a company that uses such deceptive practices. I've seen this a lot, so I always make sure I scroll all the way down and read all the fine print before I sign up for anything. sometimes, though, you don't find out it's not free until you go to the second page, after you've already submitted your name and email address. And then they start spamming you.
