What does it mean to be born again?

Probably just being baptized.... My Church doesn't do the whole "born again" thing, but baptism is cool.

basically being born again means you get to start your life over through faith in Christ.  all your past mistakes and lifestyle is forgiven and you get to start clean just like when you were first born.

I'm still not 100% certain what it means. Born again for the most part is going from a human to a heavenly spirit.  Only Jesus and his co-rulers have this prospect.

Romans 8:17 reads 17 If, then, we are children, we are also heirs: heirs indeed of God, but joint heirs with Christ, provided we suffer together that we may also be glorified together.

Only the "born again will see the kingdom of God

John 3:3 Reads 3  In answer Jesus said to him: “Most truly I say to you, Unless anyone is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

According to Revelation 14:1-5 only a certain about of people will get that privilege.

Also they will be apart of the first resurrection (Revelation 20:6)
