I opened a suport ticket three days ago and it hasn't been responded to yet. Is this normal (does it usally take longer?) or should I do something else to get a hold of support? Just wondering because I saw someone say it usually only takes a day, I have no problem waiting if they just haven't gotten it yet. Thanks guys :-)

Hmm... interesting, you sure you submitted the ticket all the way because after you type in your message it leads to another FAQ- not the regular- and then you have to scroll down until you find the submit button
It says:
I read the FAQ but still want to continue.
Try it again.

It has been quite awhile since i have submitted a support ticket but i remember that it can take a few days, you have to remember that with ownership of a site like this they must get MANY MANY support tickets..........give them a few more days to respond to it then try again maybe. I hope that helps! :wave:

Ok thanks. Yes it did go all the way through, it says the ticket is opened there just is not response yet. I'll wait a week or so before I try contacting them again, it's no rush.
