Post by: jfremont on May 07, 2010, 08:17:19 am
I am getting ready to go on vacation soon, and don't want to miss out on my daily money... does anyone complete these tasks using their cell phone's?

I will be using a lg tritan with a web browser, more precisely does anyone have and use this phone?

:fish: thats COOL!!   :fish: Do you have TWITTER? There is a lot of FREE wiresless out there at Starbucks, Bookstores, cafe's, etc. I wonder if you can use your personal device to connect to your Fusion Cash account? You would still have to LOG in to YOUR account. But I don't know...somewhere it says you have to be on a PERSONAL isp I think...and only once isp (internet service provider) per account. Send a SUPPORT TICKET TO KOHLER (click on the link at the BOTTOM of this  screen for F.C.  support and CREATE a TICKET. Ask the question and get a reply.  :peace:   :peace:
GOOD LUCK  ;)  ;)

It won't work- you can only use one and only one PC to access your FC accout.  Try it from another one (mobile device included) and things won't go well.

If you had a smartphone, you could use some type of VNC/LogMeIn/RDP app to connect to your normal FC computer.

good idea, didn't think of that, thanks.  unfortunatly, I have the worst smart phone in the world. without a single ap.

LOL

BTW, i recomend everyone staying away from The LG Tritan.

thanks...I definitely am glad I did not get the LG TRITAN! I recently upgraded after having the same LG for over 5 years...if was embarrasng but even though it was hanging by a hinge...IT STILL REFUSED TO DIE . All I used it for was making phone calles & receiving calls...no texting, it was incapable of these tasks!  :D ! :D

While I am somewhat interested in the ability to use my phone, I am unfamiliar with RDP/Logmein apps. where would I go to find the most reputable ones?

If you want to play it safe, it's probably best to just use your computer so you don't get banned.

What kind of a phone do you have?  How computer savvy are you?

Yea i needed a treandy phone for my real job with internet access, since I use US Cellular, my choices were limited, I was told it worked like a smart phone and would have apps within 90 days.  there isn't an app out there, but i can check my email, and it has internet, I was also able to reprogram some of the features on the phone to make it stand out. so it does what i need for work. still very disapointed in LG attempt at a smart phone. (More like i got the smart phone that rode the little bus to school).

I wish my LG Microwave worked...  Takes me 1o min. to cook min. rice in it. The LG fridge isn't any better, the ice machine constantly melts the ice and makes them stick together and the water dispenser freezes up.

I believe LG is quickly becoming the GE of this decade.
