The last thing I do before I go to bed watch a movie. Watching TV makes me go to sleep easier.

im a tv watcher too my hubby snores too much

the very last thing i do is plug my cell phone into the
charger and set my alarm for the next day.
...i wonder if alarm clock sales have went down in
recent years? :P

usually I read...helps me feel productive/relax/go to sleep easier!

I smoke a cigarette , although Im in the process of quitting.
But I always always watch tv. It's like the main wind-down time of my day where I actually watch tv lol

brush my teeth and take off my pajamas

Log off computer, brush my teeth, use mouth wash, put this cream on my eyes to help the black circles. Lay down and cover up and then close my eyes. and hopefully it dont take long for me to fall asleep.

Wash my face, brush my teeth, take out my contacts, and turn off all the lights and it has to be dead silent.

last night. i watched law and order svu before going to bed. the murderer was a stalker and was stalking the detectives. how freaky is that. lol. thank goodness for no dreams. lol.

Tell everyone to shut up, because my anime is usually on and I have to make some money on the computer for a couple of hours :wave: :wave:!!!!!!!

Turning off my TV is the last thing I do before going to bed.

I always have watched tv before I go to bed, but sometimes I fall asleep before I get a chance to shut it and its on all night. I hate that

Make sure house is secure, brush teeth and try and find that comfortable spot in bed and on my pillows.

Brush my teeth, check the security of the house, turn off the computer and turn out the lights.

The last thing I do (after all the teeth brushing and bathroom stuff) is to go upstairs and check out my kids... They are so quiet and peaceful when they are sleeping, it puts a smile on my face and leads into restful sleep :wave:

Oh, and I like to relax w/ a little TV if I am not too tired.

If it's nice out, I'll go outside for a few minutes to relax. Then I'll brush my teeth and jump in bed.

Watching TV and being on computer at same time. Then I usually get some coke to drink before going to bed. Thats it in a nut shell. I also have to play with the cats usually due to getting harassed by them. Usually involves me having to run and jump into bed b/c my cats are after my feet trying to keep me from going to bed. lol... :cat: :cat: :cat: :D :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :wave:

well before i actually get IN bed i brush my teeth. before i fall asleep, i pray.

I wash my face, brush my teeth, use the restroom. Usually by the time it's bedtime I'm already passing out, so I don't need any help.

turn on my fan, because I can't sleep without a fan on (boyfriend hates this), and turn off the light of course.

I'm usually watching TV or on my computer, but the very last thing that I do is plug in my phone to charge and make sure my alarm is set for the morning. If I can't sleep, I'll play games on my phone like Sudoku or Solataire. that usually helps clear my head.

Brush the teeth, take the clothes off (not all of them), drink some water, maybe some late night pushups, a book or whatnot

The last thing I did before I went to bed was telling everyone I love them. You never know when you will never get the chance again to tell your love ones that.
