...Disney villain of all time? (Drew you in there, didn't I? :wave:)
I tend to believe it is Ursula from the Little Mermaid, since she doesn't kill her victims but makes them live in suffering for the choices they've made and cannot make payment for.
Many of the other baddies have their evil stem from pure jealousy. Maleficent was left out of a party; the Queen from Snow White wanted to be the most beautiful; the Stepmother from Cinderella was jealous of her husband's affection for Cinderella and of the girl's beauty and grace.
...and while we're speaking of Disney...anyone else think the princes are a bunch of tools? Just a thought.

Scar was pretty evil and so was The Shadow Man, IMO. Princes are always tools. lol

Maleficent is the evilest disney character of all time, to me because she's like the main evil person in kingdom hearts too :o

I think Scar from Lion King. He killed his own brother and enslaved his dead brother's wife and then ran his nephew out of the kingdom making him think he did the killing. Horrible and evil stuff right there.
