Me I hate hot weather

Not me. Shorter days, higher utility bills. Increased likelihood someone will crash into my car, I have to wear more clothes and it's closer to tax time.

I don't like the winter much either, but it's nice to see the kids playing and having fun in the snow.

@ajk4591 - Thing is...it's just like lots of things....you get it...and a week later your annoyed at it...i like snow and i hate it.....i like it for the first week then i hate the cold weather...i get sick easily in the winter, too :/

:cat: I am most definitely ready for winter!!! I also love fall, when it finally turns crisp outside. I enjoy the clothes, scarves, boots, etc. that go with fall and winter. I do not like the hot weather, even though summer can be beautiful out. Also, with asthma, I can breathe SO much better when it is crisp and cool out!

Where I live winters are not that bad. I will tell you the snow is gourgous when it first comes though just if the cold wasnt there with it would be perfect. I have lots of winter activities that we enjoy snowboarding, sledding. snowshoeing great exersie.

After 4 days of 100+ temps I could use a winter weather. A little cross country ski trip sounds nice.

Hey J, I have Asthma to, but mine is the opposite. Mine's better in the warmer weather....lol I love all seasons really. They all have their beauty about them.

I am for sure i hate summer, i love the winter air and fresh fire wood fills the air, best time of year i think.

I love the fall, its my favorite time of the year. But I kind of dread the winter. Of course I have to work out in it many of the days so its not much fun and I'm from the midwest where we get the sub-zero days. Burrrrrrrrr. But I love a nice fire and football and baking so home days are kind of of cozy!

Seconded. I've been ready for winter since March.

I don't mind the Fall season, but I'm never ready for Winter. Can't stand the cold, snowy and icy days. Glad I have a nice cozy fireplace to curl up in front of. :thumbsup:

Since its been such a hot summer here in the south...I am so ready for winter!!

I don't think I am ever "ready" for winter.
It is so cold in the midwest. I do not look forward to it at all.
I'd prefer a location where it is upper 70s to mid 80s in the daytime and mid 60s in the evening (the 60s is for my husband).

I also prefer summer only it is always warm. Winter it is like you have to get ready with all the stuff before going out.

After moving from Minnesota to Tennessee, I am looking forward to winter in TN because it WILL NOT BE SIX MONTHS can you tell that I won't miss Minnesota ... a beautiful place six months out of the year :thumbsup:

Yes and No...I love winter in the first few days. Love to watch it snowing from inside my house. But when I have to go out, I hate it.

Fall has finally arrived here in the west coast.

I am! :D Today is pretty cold for fall. It's like 45F in the morning then now its like 69F. But the rest of this week gonna be like high 70s and low 50s. :icon_rr:

I really don't like winter, it so cold, gloomy and depressing. I love spring, Summer and part of fall. Unfortunately, today it is in the 50's and cold and gloomy. I live for the warm and Sun.

I am never ready for winter. Don't really mind the fall temps, but spring and summer are definitely my favorite times of the year. 85 degrees and sunny would be my ideal weather year around!!

It's finally starting to cool off in Texas. Our winters are so mild, I am totally ready for it.....Even got my sweater and light jacket out. ;D

I just can't believe it was 95 degrees a couple of days last week and it was 40 degrees when we woke up this morning. ??? My poor kids were freezing their butts off in their beds. We're all sick from the drastic temperature change. Definitely looking forward to this weekend though. Going to see the Capitals whoop New Jersey in their home opener on Saturday and going to see the Packers beat the Redskins on Sunday!! ;D

I absolutely :heart: Winter! Let's see, you have snow, Christmas, New Years, days off from work....I luv it! Hopefully it will snow more here in Oklahoma instead of those boring Ice storms we get.....shuts off the electric and everything, but my hubby gets to stay home and we light candles and play card games....and snuggle and drink hot chocolate.....the best! :)

I am not ready for winter..but ready or not here it comes...my perfect winter would be to just snow on Thanksgiving and Christmas, but not a blizzard type snow, just cover the ground lightly. THe cold I could deal with.

Not looking forward to winter at all. I don't like to drive on snow or ice and hate being cold. This will be my first winter walking with no toes on my right foot. It's only been 3 months since the amputation and I'm still healing. I'm positive I will be able to conquer this.

I live in south Georgia....its been extremely hot this year here!!!! Can't wait for some cold weather....fall would even be nice :peace:

IF it is going to be cold I want snow so I feel there is a reason for it to be cold. Otherwise I want the spring/fall weather where I can have the windows open during the day and close them if I want at night or leave them open.

I'm not ready for winter either. I like spring/summer/fall just so I can have the windows open and the kiddos outside without complaining that its to cold..The only ones who are looking forward to winter are my husband and my 2 purebreeded Siberian Huskies.

guys, im new here in the country and i came from the country which always sunny everyday...and this is my second winter...honestly i dont like winter that much, coz i have to wear thick coat and stuff...it makes me lazy too..hahahha, better stay at home and do FC...

Sounds like you need to go Snowboarding and or Skiing buddy. I am always ready for winter. can't wait for Waldo to hit the slops. Yes if you ever see a Waldo walking around or Boarding say "Found you, go fusion!!" and I will know where you heard about me

I am a summer person myself. I complain all winter about the snow, wind and freezing rain. Give me 95 degrees and 100% humidity any time.
