:female: My favorite movie is one from a long time ago..."Dr. Zhigavo" (sp?) It is a classic.
now I would suggest, upbeat, good actors that perform well in and out of the screen. They should be a good example for the youth!!! I am firm about this beleif. Parents who allow their children to see unacceptable movie for their age , should have their kids given to someone for one day who can offer them sound basics, like good manners, for their lifetime!! What is your take on my beleif?
Samaled :)

I like Enough and Double Jeporday (hope I spelled it correctly). I like the way the women stood up to their ex's, not the actual outcome (both men died) but I like that the women took back their power.

Harry Potter series

Martyrs. Many important lessons about life can be learned from that movie. It was the first and only horror movie I have ever saw that contained a significant "message". It will always stay with me. I would recommend everyone to see it. But be warned, it is a brutal movie in terms of content.
-
In no particular order
The Sting
Jaws
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
Airplane
Hoosiers
Blues Brothers
Godfather
Most recently - loved the Hangover
