Facebook is a great network. I love Peoplestring. They are a social network but you will, also, earn a little cash for your activities on the string. Your not going to get rich but all the pennies add up. I would love to connect with others there. It is like FusionCash, the more referrals you get the more pennies you make. I have a Twitter account but it is very impersonal. It is so hard to carry on a conversation with anyone unless you only have a handful of followers.

My husband has used Facebook for years, however, I recently started after a teacher from my high school told me that many of my classmates from 30 years ago were on it... so I did and it's been wonderful catching up with them again. :thumbsup:

I used to get on gaiaonline.com but I'm recently moved on to facebook. I've never tried twitter nor do I care for myspace.

It looks like Facebook has the most thumbs up. I think everyone has a Facebook account these days. Everyone should keep an eye out for Peoplestring. They are the first social network company which has gone public. Their stock should be trading sometime this month. What is great about Peoplestring is you can access all your other sites from there, Including Facebook. The big difference is they pay their members to use the site. So, if you are a big Fan of Fusion Cash and Facebook, imagine the two sites merged and that is what Peoplestring is all about. To make any substantial cash, it is like Fusion Cash, you need to get some referrals. I don't think I am allowed to post a link but I would love to connect with people interested in earning extra cash. Just send me a direct message or contact me via email. Can I post my email address? I don't want to break any rules.

Let's see.... between my spouse and I, we are members of several.
Both of us have a MySpace. Only one of us has LinkedIn.
MyBlogLog, WindowsLive, Yahoo Pulse, Google profiles, Blogger Profiles, Gravatar, Fantourage, Wayn.com (Wayn is a spammers playground though), Flickr, Last.fm, Photobucket, Squidoo, Wordpress profile and more that I can't think of at the moment.
What I do like about some of them, is that now they all can synch, network and interact with each other. I can .rss feed the Wordpress blog into MyBlogLog, and it feeds into my Yahoo pulse updates. I can also feed the .rss into the Windows live profile and any blog posts will show up. The same with Blogger. Can .rss feed it into the various things too. We do several affiliate programs which we post on our blogs and forums, and if I post about it, it's a topic that's included in all the various feeds too.
I really like how things can work together and network together now. It does help get our blogs and info out there to everyone.

I have to go with Facebook ;D. Myspace didn't cut it for me seems to be more for kids ~ Facebook has a much more mature crowd. Twitter I have but not too unthused about, never use it.

Peoplestring. I enjoy it because of the variety. Although I can't afford to upgrade, I'm still earning a little cash. Since the 3 heart bypass surgeries and the toes amputation, I'm not been very active there or any other of the sites I've joined. I getting stronger now and back to clicking and grinning.
I suggest everyone take a good luck at Peoplestring.
I also have a twitter account and a Facebook. Still trying to figure out twitter.

Hello to my friend Janet who I met at Peoplestring. It is a small world on the Internet. Janet gives a good explanation of how Peoplestring works. And, it is very much like Fusion Cash. As I described before, it is kind of like Facebook and Fusion Cash combined. You get to do some social networking but you get paid like you do here on Fusion Cash.

:thumbsup: I LOVE facebook, because all my old school friends are on it.. We even had a reunion for everyone who went to our high school in the 70's..it's was a DECADE reunion.. So, if it wasn't for facebook, I wouldn't know which one of my friends are rich and famous.. and YES, some are famous now!

I have started using a uniquie social network. I don't like to tell people about places until I know they work. I am earning $25 a month at this social network.

I have found friends from as far back as 1963 on Facebook. It's a great resource for that. I don't spend a lot of time on it and don't play games, etc., but I'm so glad to have reconnected with dozens of old friends!

I use Facebook the most. Everyone I know (except my boyfriend) uses it. I mostly like it to share pictures. I find the format pretty easy, I just wish they would quit changing the layout of it. I've used it for about 2, maybe 3 years now.

I am always on facebook, because my whole family is on there, even my grandmother, I have no home phone, so this is the only way I get a chance to talk to them, I will not even get to see them during Christmas. So I have to communicate through facebook.

I only use facebook right now.. i cancelled my myspace, and i don't really like twitter from what I've seen of my friends' accounts so I'm just sticking with FB for now. It serves it's perpose well. I've been hearing more about linkedin lately though, might check that out soon.

I only have Facebook. I enjoy it. Just got on in January. I keep up with my friends and family. I don't put no personal info as to what I am doing or when I am home or away. Safer that way.

I really don't care for all these social sites. I'm sick of everyones complaining like the whole world cares to know. I only want to know important things like. If you move, change jobs, have a kid, etc... not that you feel gassy from going to a certain restaurant or what you ate for breakfast or your job really sucks each and everyday. If I like you enough I will contact you in real life or send an email. Otherwise these sites just aren't for me.

Im liking Facebook the most right now but I have yet to try Orkut so I will try that out and see how that works. Dont care too much for twitter, no one really communicates with me on there so I hardly use it. Myspace is for the youngsters so im only on there to check messages, haven't tried Linkedln either so I may check that out as well :thumbsup:

I don't know what orkut and linkedln is, but I love love love facebook!! I have a Myspace and Twitter too. I don't really go on my Myspace anymore. I only use twitter for the purpose it was made: to stalk celebrities. I'm on fb constantly.

the only social network i use is facebook. and i don't realu consider it "social" because most of the people i interact with are my family members who live out of state from me. i've used it to get in touch with a few friends from high school but mostly its family and farmville :) plus i've never heard of orkut, i do not have enough going on in my life that would warrant any interest in twitter, myspace is seriously overrun with teenagers that i just feel too old for it, and i do not know anyone at all that is on linkedin

I would be happy to explain it to you. I use both Peoplestring & Sidetick and I have been paid from both. It is just a winning combination to use a home page that pays while you do your other Internet stuff. Look me up on Facebook. Catherine D. White. Same picture as here. I too have never heard of Orkut, used to be on myspace, but very slow. I did like how you could customize youur homepage. Currently on facebook. Isn't everyone.

See how Facebook is making BILLIONS of dollars from the ad revenue. I am going to hang out with a Social Network which shares this ad revenue with the membership base. Maybe its just me....

i have never heard of orkut. i only use twitter for points on websites and myspace i use for music. but facebook i use to keep in touch with family across the country and old friends from school. so facebook, by far.

I created a new social network it's for people with any illness, they can look up other people with the same illness and make new friends and even ask for tips on how to cope. i can't give you the link in here but the name is For My Health

Has anyone tried the new technology at Peoplestring? They have this cool thing called an Insta Portal. You can grab information from any website and put it on your home page. It is patented technology, so you will only find it at Peoplestring. Send me a friend invite once you get there.

I don't "like" any social networking sites, because they all have lots of annoying drawbacks. I do have an account at most of them, however, because they also have certain advantages, like being able to keep in touch with people. But I will gladly ditch them all as soon as something better comes along.
I'm intrigued by the sites mentioned earlier in this thread that share some of their revenues with the users. I'll have to try them out sometime soon.
