Well, you found a good legitimate website right here. I've been scammed a few times myself, so I don't bother with sites where you have to pay. Stick with Fusion Cash and you won't regret it.

True, we should beware some illegitimate website. Fusion cash is the best. But I was sad today, I completed the survey for my Survey Head I wasnt able to receive any credit. Hmmmm.....and it says in the status " Check your account instead". :'(

I LOVE Fusion Cash, I also use 2 other services, but there names I won't put on here because I'm sure Fusion don't want people leaving there sites for others, but this is the BEST of all the survey sites by far!! Also I think people posting links to other sites on the net to make money is against the boards rules but not positive on this one XD But I think I read somewhere that linking to other paying websites is bannable ? idk

@rj2010_m Ya I did that survey today to, but the credit took a few hours to show up so maybe thats whats going on with you ?

Yeah I'm sure there are many "recruiters" that scan jobsites and use the results to market their scams and take advantage to people that are desparate.

I was talking about this with someone the other day. We were talking about how something could look great and theyn they ask for a small fee and take your money. With scammers all they need is a little bit of money from tons of people. I haven't cashed out yet but i'm glad to see lots of positve thins about fusion cash. Can't wit untill i get my first check.  :)

Scammers! Any time they ask for your credit card number or asking you to pay it is a scam! Exit right away! I use an antivirus. It lets me type in the address of any place and read reviews on it. Very helpful.

I just started on FusionCash and I have to say its quite amazing. I never expected a site to have such an amazing user interface as well as compatibility with so many different things. I try looking for online jobs all the time, even freelancing ones, but I must say not all of them are what they say they are to be. Stick to the things you know!

Unfortunately tough times bring the scammers out in droves. Never pay for a "job". A business ? Sure. A job ? Never!

Its amazing just how many scams are out. The ones that bother me the most are the email scams with the instructions for you to wire money. I read a really scary story about a couple who thought this "job" was the answer to their unemployment woes. They would up owing several hundred thousand dollars and even doing some time! I always check out everything that seems like a scam...over 95% of it usually is. It just irritates me because so many people need work and they are probably getting desperate. If it seems way to good to be true, DON'T do it!

I have my banner posted in my signature, but I haven't gotten credit for it.  But then again, I've not seen anywhere that we get credit for doing so.

You are right...there are so many sites out there that appear to be legit but they are not. All they do is rip off people. Thats why I like FC...no scam ...no bs....just real cash!!!

Please be careful when they ask for bank account information for a small "shipping fee" for a FREE item. They can clean out your account instead.

I think it's always been that way. Even before the internet there were the work from home scams, telling people they could make money stuffing envelopes or things like that, and all they had to pay was a "small fee"... which just gave them a list of companies that "might" want work like this done.

I think scammers "prey" on certain types of people.  Sure, there are websites like Fusioncash that let you earn a few extra dollars here and there, but this site will never let you pay the bills or the rent on a regular basis.  I think "scam" websites - like certain paid survey sites and "get rich quick" schemes that require a payment to merely access links and information regarding stay-at-home-business ventures are at a rise.  Especially in these economic times.  People are freaking out about money, and worry and stress can cause one to make poor decisions.  I believe these websites are taking advantage of individuals with real monetary concerns by providing false promises and using specific images on their website to target those who might feel the crunch of today's economic strain.  For example - stay at home moms.  I've heard plenty of stories from stay at home moms who had to go and find menial jobs to help support their families after their husbands lost employment or received a reduction in pay, etc.  And if you look at the images on the survey and get-rich-quick websites, you'll often see young, attractive women.  And in descriptions you'll read statements like, "Look how this stay at home mom made $1,000 a week just from working at home!"  or "Perfect for stay at home moms looking for some extra income!"

Basically, just use your best judgement.  If merely getting more information requires money, chances are you'll be given a list of links to other pay-for websites after your credit/debit card has been charge.  And if it sounds "too good to be true" - well, chances are it is  :P

You know, it kills me sometimes how many people don't realize this.

I have some relatives who are always falling for MLM scams and schemes, and are always sending me emails to try to get me to sign up. They join programs that cost a FORTUNE to join, and have never made any money from them. They try them for a while and then move onto another program. Yet, I can't get them to sign up for one single FREE program like Fusion Cash, where they actually will make money.

I don't get it.

Scammers are definitely out there. Some are trickier than others I guess, but I actually got an email today telling me to re-enter my paypal information so I could get paid. Get paid for what? Am I that stupid? But I do have some stories of successful (or almost successful) scammers. When I worked at a bank, elderly people would come in all the time with those fake checks they got in the mail and wanted money orders to send back to the scammers. Luckily, we were able to help most of them before they were scammed but some were insistent. A story close to home is that after Thanksgiving my boyfriend bought some laptops on sale to sell at a mark up on ebay. A little greedy I know, but anyway, a guy bought one but after it was sent he reported to ebay that he received an empty box weighted with rocks. Not sticking with his original story, he returned a broken laptop, not even the same type, and said he wanted his money back. Luckily my boyfriend kept receipts of shipping, the computer, and even the store he used to ship it offered up their security videos, so ebay sided with my boyfriend and everything was okay....we thought. The guy went through his credit card company to report fraud and all of a sudden my boyfriend's account was out that amount of money without any notice. So sometimes these guys are really determined to scam innocent people!  :sad1:
