Title: Surveys not crediting

The last two days I have not been credited for surveys I completed.  I have never experienced this and have always received credit for surveys.  Any ideas? Thanks!

I took a .02 survey last night and again this morning and didn't get credited either....and, yes I cleared my cookies... :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:

I did a survey today as well and was not credited. and I never have problems getting credit when I actually qualify and complete one...  :dontknow: I always clear my cookies, I left the window open for 5 mins or longer, and I even saved the url and and what it said on the page when I was finished, which read:

   "CONGRATULATIONS!
 
You’ve successfully completed the study. We have logged your responses and you now qualify for our $50,000 prizedraw.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to share your thoughts! We strive to make sure that you have the best possible survey taking experience. After all, your opinion always counts."


Still haven't been credited, which usually they credit pretty quick.  :angry7: so,  :dontknow:  I hope it credits soon.

I left the last window open so long the second time I did the .02 one it told me it timed out...click here if I want to take another one.  I muttered a few kind words to it and took a My Thoughts one instead....it credited just fine in probably less than a minute   :dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:

Clearing my cookies again did the trick, just alot of wasted time for two days lol

it had happened me to me also....i completes survey successsfully but not credited....but today i tried once again....it workeed for me....n it has been credited....

I've qualified for more surveys this week than ever and now I've had 3 that didn't credit.  Tonight it was My Thoughts that didn't credit.  I could have used that $2.20 for my cashout this month. :BangHead: :BangHead: :BangHead:
