I DRINK MONSTER :star:  :peace:   :sad1: :notworthy: :angel11:

I know of a lot of people who drink "5 Hour", "Monster", "RockStar", but i just prefer a can of coke. I know it is not an energy drink, but it taste so good...
-
energy drinks seem like crack in a can. I prefer to just have one bad day here and there where I'm tired compared to ppl who HAVE to have it every day or they pass out cause they overused it
-
Monster always! :star:
-
Diet redbull here, the big can. :o
-
I tired a 5 hour energy drink once. I couldn't tell any difference so I have not bothered to drink any again.
Seems like a lot of money for a little can of "energy" drink.
-
No sodas for me because they have too much sugar and that makes me fat! I love SoBe drinks and Glaceau (water with minerals and vitamins).
-
I tried the 5 energy drink, but it did nothing for me. Also I read that the energydrinks are not good for you, so I try to tell my brothers not to drink so much of those energy drinks. ???
-
I just have a cup of coffee in the morning. Cheaper than energy drinks.
-
I used to drink monster.... but now I've switched to coffee. I wouldn't mind drinking it every once in a great while though...Although today I learned that the number one cause of headaches in the U.S. is from caffeine addiction... I have to stay away :(

yup, I so agree with you, and not only is it cheaper but, it taste better. Don't you think? :)
-
I don't drink em! Never have!
-
Never had energy drinks, does it work?!
-
i like to drink the 5 hour shots it's not like the big cans you have to carry around
-
I've never been one to indulge in energy drinks. Never have and never will. They just don't have any appeal to me. I would much rather have a soda, Gatorade, Powerade, or water. Energy drinks are bad for you and when you consume too many you can actually die. I can die a plethora of other ways so, no thanks! ;)

I tried a few of them while working over night a few years back and I just don't like the taste of them. Honestly though I know plenty of people who mix them with alcohol and drink them like that for some reason.lol ;D

My husband drinks 5 hour but I cant drink it so I do Caffeine Soda.

I occasionally have an energy drink, usually diet red bull or a sugar free / low carb version of some other brand. It's usually after I was out late singing karaoke and I have to function at work the next day (and since I'm usually out on Thursdays, I only have to suffer through Friday, then can crash over the weekend).
I've heard so many false rumors about energy drinks, however; I wonder what it is that people dislike about energy drink that make them start / spread these weird ideas...
1) "There's so much sugar / carbs in energy drinks" In truth, there are actually energy drinks that can still provide energy and still remain sugar free / low carbs.
2) "There's so much caffeine in energy drinks" Although energy drinks do have more caffeine per 8oz serving than soda pops, coffee still has the most caffeine per serving out of any drink. Moreover, caffeine is almost always described in 8oz servings, yet people will drink 12oz cans or 20oz bottles of pop in one sitting, and not realize that they're actually consuming 1.5-2.5 times the caffeine as what's listed. Also energy drinks usually come in small cans about 8oz in size. So a small can of Red Bull has about 76mg of caffeine whereas Mt Dew has 54mg per 8oz serving. So a 12oz can of Mt Dew actually has 81mg of caffeine which is more than the Red Bull. And coffee can range upwards of 100mg per 8oz serving, depending on how it's prepared (eg a generic, brewed coffee can range 95mg-200mg per 8oz).
But enough serious stuff... "I had a couple Red Bulls. Did you ever have a Red Bull? I never had a Red Bull before, but I had a Red Bull last night and I really like Red Bulls..." Hilarious scene from Yes Man : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4h6iCn0301M (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4h6iCn0301M)

I get all the caffeine I need from black coffee and Diet Coke. Any more than that and my heart could race at Daytona. :)
-
I'm afraid to try them, my heart gets all out of wack with a couple cups of coffee.
-
Every once in a while I will have a sugar free redbull! I would probably drink them more but they are so expensive!
-
I am not one to drink energy drinks. I already have enough energy.
-
I don't but my son does
-
I don't drink energy drinks. I don't think they taste good. My husband drinks them all the time though.
-
I ONLY drink and like No Fear by sobe.
-
i drink monster drinks i like the coffee ones rather than the fruit juice ones
-
I've only drank one energy drink in my life and that was a Rockstar, which the company was handling out as a sample at an event. This tasted basically like a soda and I didn't feel much different either.

I don't like them at all. They are really bad for you between the sugar and caffeine and all the chemicals in them. I like coffee and tea for a natural boost of energy. Chocolate has caffeine and sugar and good chocolate is natural and can be good for you so there are better alternatives
