I am feeling very depressed. I just turned twenty, and I feel as though my life is only going to spiral downward. I am literally all alone right now - in this house. I feel as though nothing celebratory is being planned. Having people who don't talk to me at all feeling obliged to write on my Facebook wall just amplifies these negative emotions. The weather is cold and depressing. It's almost over and it'll just be another ordinary day. I'm not looking for sympathy, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to cope. Thanks.
