If it were my child I would have hoped they would already know the "technicalities" of sex but I would emphasize and tell them to wait until they are an adult to engage. I would tell them that waiting is so much better. Sure they are curious but sex at such a young age does more harm than good and they should have sex not just to fulfill a curiosity but to wait until they are with someone they love and who really loves them and can see a long term future with and to be very careful of who they chose to give their virginity to because you can never get it back.

Stress that the only way to make sure a boy is worth it is to make him wait for it. Wait a long time.

Does their school not have a sexual education class (aka Health) where proper sexual behavior is taught
along with STD & potential risks of having sex?
A proper sit down is also in order.

parents should be the ones to talk to their kids..way before they turn 16
