I tend to be more comfortable being a leader. For some reason, when I am in a group, I tend to be picked to be the spokesperson. I am okay doing that. In a couple of instances, I was picked even though I had not said anything. In work situations, I would tend to lead my group.
However, in fashion or technical situations, I am definitely a follower. To me, fashion is comfort. Technical, I yell for help.

Depends on the situation but more often than not I'd say I'm more of a follower. I a private person and I don't usually like to be in the spotlight.
-
Depends on the situation for me too. I'm usually a follower. I'm ok with being behind the scenes. I'm more comfortable that way.

I guess you can say I'm a reluctant leader. I'm more comfortable as a follower, but often end up being pushed into the leader position. I have no problems leading, it's just I'm naturally shy, so putting on a strong personality front one expects in a leader is more of a challenge. I definitely know how to motivate people - individually and groups - and am highly organized - and a visionary - which all helps getting projects moving. If I have my way, I'd be more comfortable as adviser to the leader (be the person "behind the curtain").

I'm definitely a leader. The leadership qualities were evident in my life even when I was in elementary school. I noticed my class mates often followed me, or waited to hear what I had to say before voicing their own opinions.

this is a good question! I would like to think that I am a leader, but in the end I am probably just a follower :dontknow:
-
i am an independent entity. I dabble in both categories.
-
I'm a leader with no followers!! ::)
-
I think I am both :dontknow: It really depends on the situation...
-
I am a private person. However, I am comfortable being both a leader and a follower.

:icon_rr: I am a leader, however, I believe that every true leader has been a true follower. My perspective, since I am a man, is that we need more real leaders especially more men. More men to take the leadership role in the home, church, community, and in our society. The women are moving ahead of us due to a lack of real men willing to step up to the plate. It is imperative that I continue to move forward in some leadership capacity to encourage others to do the same.

i am a leader. i always have been. i'm most happy & content when i am in control & not having to answer to anyone else. i know that's hard to admit for some people, but it's quite often the truth.

I can be a leader if needed, but I prefer to be one of the followers.

I am a leader. The way I know is all I have to do is turn around and see all the people following me.

Depends on what the subject is and who Im working with, I am more of a follower :)
-
i never considered myself one until i went to leadership camps in college. now im really comfortable being a leader. 8)

I'm most comfortable being a follower, but if necessary I can lead as well.
-
I am a Divide and Conqueror!!!!!! Ban-kai!!!!! :bootyshake:

I feel I am a friendly non judgemental leader when the need arises. I live in a senior/disabled High Rise & prior to my brother moving in the same building & needing my help I was on the council board. I was very pleased & shocked at the respect I was shown. Now, I have had to resign my position, but remain an active "go along" I don't follow what I don't agree with, but work with anyone on what needs done as long as it is something I believe in.
-
I'm a leader but i was raised that way. Have all high ranking military family...being a follower was never an option :icon_rr:
-
I'm a follower with any group I feel uncomfortable. I will take initiative on my own and often work alone in order to get a project done faster and better than the group but if a group is necessary I tend to follow.
-
I consider myself to be both depending on the situation
-
It is according to the situation but I am usually pick to be the leader. I can be a great follower too and thats according to the situation at hand because if you have a great leader and great followers you can accomplish anything. Two working together for one purpose.
-
I am neither. I walk my own path.
-
I like to think I am a leader. I'm sure I may follow sometimes, but I do stand my ground, if it is something I do not want to do or something I believe is not right to do. If they don't like me, then tough. I know I won't please everyone. I can only please myself and those who truly care about me and love me unconditionally.
-
I am comfortable to start as a follower before becoming a leader. If I can choose, I’d rather be a follower because leaders bear greater responsibilities on their shoulders. I would hate to lead others if I don’t know what I’m doing.
-
Definitely depends on the situation. But more often I'm a Leader.
-
I don't think I am a leader or a follower. I just tend to do my own think and what makes me happy. ;D
-
I'am a leader
-
I've never been a leader, always more of a follower.
-
I should follow God, but be a leader among men
-
I am definitely a leader. I have the ability to guide the group towards achieving its goal.
-
I am both. Whether we know it our not all of us are leaders but you can't be a good leader woithout first being a good follower.
-
i would say neither because i have a mind of my own also people will follow those that are like them such those who are silly.
-
it depends on what im doing, im kind of half and half
-
I am both. I am a cub scout leader and the nursery leader for our home school co-op. I am a follower when it comes to many other things. For instance, I rarely call the party, but I'll go. I don't decide on the activities for social functions, I wait until someone else does.
-
I'm a mid level manager.
I can lead people, but prefer to have someone to watch my back and take the heavy decisions out of my hand.
I'll still do it if the needs arise. Its a 'lead or get out of my way' type of mindset.
Of course its a balance of still being courteous to idiots.
