Title: Problem with DD

MR:Kohler i had set up my account to receive Direct Deposit but apperently my account was on Minus so the fusion cash payment never got there. Is theres anyway u guys can send me a check instead??  :'(

even if your bank account is nev.. you would still get a deposit.. it would just make the nev amount lower or positive

You sure your only issue with that account is that its in the negative?...cuz like joclt22 said, it wouldnt matter unless the account was closed or something, even if you had an overdraft, the deposit would still go thru, the bank would just deduct the overdraft out of your funds is all..


...i would recheck the routing and account numbers that you submitted to FC, i have no trouble with direct deposit, its one of the things i like most about this site....

make sure you send in a support ticket

send a support ticket... it could take forever before he sees your post on here. and with things going as they have with the site even longer maybe. so go to account page and hit support up top. make your ticket and send it... make sure you confirm it on the bottom of the fellowing page or it won't send. ... where it asks if you would still like to send

Give It time. Alot of people send support tickets. They answer them In the order they get them.

hmmm. idk wat could be your prob... I'm not mr. kholer but maybe your bank acct was neg. and some banks charge a fee when negative...? hmm go to your bank and you should check your acct. history to see maybe fc came through and put money in your bank? just a thought
