Anyone having problems receiving 80 cents for that survey?

Yes, I am too. I am also having trouble with the toolbar. I installed it nand never got the credit so I tried to uninstall and reinstall with a reboot inbetween of course and now I cant even get it to install. I can however download the games :P

I cannot even see the video, Sorry but this offer is currently unavailable. And is stock will not let me move forward to anything else, frustating

I am unable to download the game link either. I can watch the video but cannot download so I have not gotten credit for it either. (I'm pretty sure you have to do both, watch the video and do the download)

Same for me. Watched it a couple of times but could not figure out how to download. The fact that it says you just have to watch it on the top is also a bit confusing / misleading? :dontknow: $.80 is pretty high but it is also one of the longer videos.

I've watched it a couple of times and not been able to download it. It's also listed under free offers, and I haven't been able to download it through there either. :dontknow:

I hope it gets removed soon and other videos put in its place. I love the videos, but this one keeps popping up and I'd rather not install the game on my computer, but I will watch videos.

The download link for the toolbar isn't working for me.
That's my problem and it won't move on to the next video..glad I'm not the only one..they'll fix it or take it off soon probably.

I have watched this video 3 times and NO CREDIT. BUTTTT it is not su[pposd to credit for you just watching the video. It says that you have to download the game
and play the game to get credit there where the video is posted. It is also listed in another place of the special offers, and it plainly tells you there that you must download and play the game. I have no idea why it was ever posted in the videos, because you cannot get credit for just watching it, unless there should be heavenly intervention. MIRACLES DO HAPPEN :angel12: :angel12:

I just went to the Game Wrangler web site and ALL games must be downloaded!!! I think something does not look right if they do not tell you that you must download games along with watching a 4.27 min video and downloading their toolbar. I hope Fusion can get to the bottom of this and answer our support tickets or remove the video soon. I am having video withdrawals. I love the videos and this is frustrating.

same here, I just hope we get the credit somehwere down the line. Same with virgin mobile.

Agreed. Way too many requirements to make an easy $.80. Dissapointing, as the videos usually are an easy way to pick up a few cents on FC.

Any idea how long it will take for the video to be changed? I miss those few easy cents. :(

So people aren't getting the eighty cents even for the downloading? That's disappointing. I didn't try to download because my computer already has way too much stuff on it so it wasn't worth risking bogging it down even more...I'm waiting it out until they put up new videos again.

I viewed the actual video. It said to install the toolbar. I don’t want to install anymore softwares or toolbars that I don’t need so I didn’t bother to complete the offer.

I've had trouble with this too. No video for me. I finally was able to download the toolbar but not from the first link there was a second link that worked but haven't been credited for it.

This is the worst offer ever, no credit. You do what it says to do and they can not do there part and credit you. I hope Fc will remove this offer off their site. I did what it said to do and nothing, love to hear from someone that got it to go.

I was able to download the game but then I was worried about it being on my computer so I deleted it. You need to be careful about downloading every thing because there could be a virus on the game.

I am having the same problem. I can't find it. I may have to remote eldest son to find it for me. Thank god for techy kids.(an adult). Oh am I old.

I watched Game Wrangler several times and tried to download it, too. The game is nowhere to be found in my computer. It won't download, so I can't play.. I finally gave up on that one. No Credit!

I too tried downloading this offer but did not get credit, so i removed it from my computer. For those of you having problems figuring out how to remove your downloads it easy.
Go to your start icon and click it.
In there you need to locate your "control panel" and click on it
Once in there locate the "Programs" section (on my computer driecty under programs is "uninstall a program"). I just click on it and up pops all the programs installed on my computer. From there it is pretty easy, just click on the program and delete it.
Hope this helps, might not be the same for all computers...

Well, I finally got this one to download and I watched the video but so far, no credit. (It has only been about 10 minutes so I will give it a little more time before I remove it) I hope it will credit but I'm thinking not since most of those that did receive credit said they got it right away. Oh well. I was excited for a few minutes!

I you are uncomfortable, don't do it.
You should always ONLY complete offers you are comfortable with - that's my 2 cents.

I've had no luck with any games whatsoever. The video wouldn't credit and neither would the toolbar. Also, the other game toolbars such as Gamevance, and the retro game pack wouldn't credit. And neither would the individual games such as Jewel Quest III. I think I'm going to give up on the games :dontknow:

Nothing credits for me except the daily surveys, watching videos, and doing daily tasks under the special offers. If it's anything else I stopped even trying. Not a single offer that has a download has worked for me.

Thanks very much, this is very helpful. I just hope this offer gets removed soon. If it worked, that would be another thing. I miss the videos they had in its place. I'm also careful about downloading games. I have received a virus or two when downloading games. Fortunately, my virus protection software caught it, but I never like risking damage to my computer. I'm usually able to uninstall, but I appreciate your quick steps there. I will keep them handy for then next time I wish to uninstall. Thanks again.

This video was the most annoying thing ever. I had to mute my computer and cover my eyes. I don't know who would actually play that game. It's like the Sim City for smiley face *bleep* drinking lemonade and sunbathing. Who THINKS of these games!? and why are they making money off of us!? Beanie babies were more purposeful than this game. :BangHead:

I noticed my video tab under the special offers is gone today. I really hope that means when it comes back that Game Wrangler will be gone gone gone and a new video will be in its place and the video section will be back to normal and working again.
Update***Right after I typed this video tab is back and just watched a Virgin Mobile video and got credit!! Whoo Hoo!. Good Bye Game Wrangler!!!

I watched 2 new videos today also and the gamewrangler is gone! YAYYYYY. That was very annoying and did not credit once I got it to work.

Yay, Fusioncash, thanks for taking Game Wrangler away. That was a welcome sight to not see it under the Video tab today.
I was able to do a couple videos yesterday, but I can't watch the Virgin Mobile video. They say I'm too old, boo hoo. I am young at heart. Looking forward to all the new videos coming our way.

I could never get to the place to download it. Every time I clicked on videos for at least a week, that video would come up, and I would watch it but nothing happened after that. I was relieved to see new videos today!

I didn't get credit and now I have the GameWrangler toolbar which I can't get rid of.....I wish I was more techie.
