Music? Silence? A significant other? A teddy Bear? What helps you sleep at night?
I like to watch a movie or TV shows online until I fall asleep.
-
reading before bed and then absolute silence and darkness in my room
-
I work and get so tired it don't take me long to fall asleep when I go to bed. I have had nights I could not sleep but it was because I was worried about something. Hope everyone has a good day.
-
I listen to music on a very low sound. I actually have a "sleep" mix
-
not sleeping with the wife, she snores and keeps me up all night
-
Sometimes I eat a bowl of cold cereal before I go to bed to help me sleep at night.
-
8) Usually the medications I have to take before bedtime, do the trick...

Ha ha ha. You cracked me up! You should talk to her about it. It's not a big problem;there are tons of solutions for snoring. Wow!
-
Good pillows, ear plugs, a night light.
-
Having two or three pillows actually helps me sleep! Sometimes TV or a radio show helps me. I know for certain what does not help me! My wife wanting to talk as soon as my head hits the pillow. She feels better afterwards, but then my mind is racing! :BangHead:

I fall asleep in minutes and sleep like a rock. Unfortunately I wake up way too soon and almost never get back too sleep so I'm often up at 5.
-
I fall asleep very easy. I am not sure if I have anything specific, but I can fall asleep in any bed, couch. Something I have always been able to do.
-
I must have my pillow or I toss and turn all night.
-
usually, it will be helpful and a lot easier for me to fall asleep at night when there are no distractions, or loud noises to prevent me from falling asleep.
-
Ahard days work generally works but if I am stressed it takes a bit more. Alcohol leaves me with a less than sleep satisfied day the next morning. Ideally I like to let my mind go and picture myself flooating on a bamboo raft on a sleepy little river in a warm and sunny setting.
-
Having the t.v. on and listening to the voices from it make me fall asleep at night, I cannot fall asleep without the t.v.
-
TV helps but there is nothing like sleeping to sound of rain. If it's not raining outside you can download the sounds of rain storms.
-
The television puts me to sleep.
-
I don’t have any difficulty falling asleep. I rarely suffer from insomnia. My eyes doze off easily in the dark within minutes. Other than that, reading a book or meditation can make me fall asleep in no time. ZZzzz..zzZZZ..zzZ!
-
Theres some things i cant say but some are a hot bath and a cup of chamomile tea is good for the soul to and to read a book works well .
-
I always keep a fan on the sound knocks me out
-
Quietness and not lights help me to sleep at nights.

staying up late and if that doesnt work, taking a couple of melatonin usually does it.and trying to get to sleep before hubby does.he snores, sometimes really loud,it seems anyway.
-
I like it to be quite and I usually take a shower and pray before bed.
-
I usually have a difficult time sleeping, due to pain or discomfort. Over the counter medicines like MidNite sometimes help. On Saturdays, my wife is the best, and gives good body massages before bed. Combined with the MidNite, Saturdays are actually the one night of the week I sleep soundly.

silence and a nice comfy bed with my spouse.
