I used to be a mountain dew addict but it screwed up my system so now for the most part is drink water.

That really depends on the source of the water and how you're consuming it.

Thank you, I do not drink enough water. I should make it a point to drink more. I bought a pitcher filled it with water, stuck it in the fridge, think it has been there for a month now

yes I try to drink 3 large glasses a day helps you cleanse the system and keeps ou from drinking drinks with too much sugar.

I think everyone should drink more water so that you can be healthier and water is good for you instead of all that sugar drinks :heart:

I always try to drink more water, but I usually never meet my goal for the day.

I keep a bottle nearby me all day, except an hour before bed. I also detox my body with foot patches.

its great for weight loss too, since i started drinking at least 64 ounces of water a day and eating a little better i have lost 60 pounds!

There is no wrong with drinking water on a daily basis!!! :wave:

i drink 4 to 6 glasses of water including 2 full cups of green tea

i drink at least 10 glasses a day and it's awesome, it helps with the digestive system and helps you become less likely to retain water.
