I love my veggies raw.... not thrilled with the mush factor of veggies after they are cooked.... its all in that fresh snapppppppp

I prefer them cooked. Nothing wrong with raw veg, I'm just paranoid about cooking stuff thoroughly these days.

I like raw and cooked. I like raw with a delicious dips. Cooked with nice spices and sauces is a real treat. I especially like when someone else does the cooking. Grilled would be nice too.

I like vegetables cooked or raw.

I love veggie shish ka bob. I can sit around the bar b q and nibble all evening with my favorite beverage. :)

i liked mine cooked with flavoring added butter salt pepper or other spices.

I guess it depends on the veggie. I love carrots raw but not a fan when they get cooked. I love sauted mushrooms over raw. Brocolli is much better steamed then it is fresh, so I guess I am all over the board.

Some of them cooked, some of them raw.

Some cooked and some raw. Roasted veggies are very good. We have even had roasted brussel sprouts and people who claim they don't like brussel sprouts like them roasted.

I like my veggies raw most of the time.I think they taste better plus I'm always on the run and don't like to cook. I do like cooked carrots every once and a while. I also hate cooked spinach but love spinach salad! :wave:

I definetly prefer to have all the vegetables that I eat cooked. :thumbsup:

Both! But I don't like overcooked veggies. Especially overcooked broccoli and asparagus, they are gross.

"lightly steamed" which is barely cooked. Leaves the snap in/brings out the natural flavors! :thumbsup:

Depends on the vegetable:
cauliflower I like best raw, broccoli steamed
carrots raw, green beans baked or boiled
cabbage raw, green peppers grilled or fried
cucumbers, lettuce, and spinach raw, bean sprouts any way
Can't think of any more vegetables right now that I like. :P

i like cooked like barbecue i hate steam carrots thought anything else steamed im ok

I love raw veggies. They have much more flavor than cooked veggies do. In addition, raw veggies have more vitamins and nutrients since they are not lost during the cooking process.

It's depend on which kind though. Mostly I like to cook them but not that cook. Medium cook for me.

Hardly do I eat veggies raw. I steam or grill most of mine. I like Spinach lightly sauteed in butter with some toasted almonds. It is barely cooked and delicious! Most veggies are wonderful grilled with some light olive oil and seasoned salt....yum!

I prefer my veggies raw as well like broccoli, spinach, lettuce (iceberg or Romaine), carrots, grated cabbage, celery, and tomatoes. Not all vegetables can be eaten raw so they needed to be steamed/cooked like bok choy, bitter melon, squash, kale, asparagus, eggplant etc.

It depends on the veggie. Snap peas and carrots are best raw, but raw kale or kholrabi are pretty indigestible.

depends on the veg for me. i love raw carrots, can not stand them when they are cooked. same goes for broccoli, but the opposite for cauliflower. corn i can eat either way, though i like it best baked into corn bread or fried in fritters. only like sweet green peas cooked, and they have to be frozen because the cans one taste like rubber bands to me. i buy frozen edemame all the time and steam them but actually prefer to eat them after they have cooled down a bit

It depends on the vegetable for me. Not all veggies are better raw. Some veggies (cooked properly) actually have more health benefits than raw ones. But I think as long as I eat them either way, then that's close enough.

I always prefer veggies raw.... The only time I like eating them cooked is when they come cooked with chinese food.

I like most cooked,but some are better raw.Now I had rather eat a potato raw than cooked.

the vegetable which can be eaten by raw, I prefer raw, but make sure clean it well. some must cook, then cook it better.

You get most of the benefits from raw. But I eat them raw and cooked. Both taste good to me.

Most definitely cooked; I never dealt with eating raw vegetables before and I don't care too much for it either.

almost everything has to b cooked for me... the fact of germs scare me
