Does anyone think our soul mates are out there? Is there anyone who found theirs? Do you think you can look into someone's eyes and just know?(http://) :heart:

I do believe yet there are instances where your soul mate is with someone else and you go by watching another person living your life your dream you love and its scary to think but it could happen.

Love @ 1st sight... I believe! This was the situation with my husband & I. We been together almost 4 years now & have a 9 month old baby. Life is better then ever for us both :heart: :heart:

I don't believe in love at first sight. It's lust. Love comes later. But Soul mates I do beilieve. My wife is my soul mate.

I believe in soul mates, and I guess that means I believe in love at first sight - even if you're not necessarily willing to call it that then. My connection with my husband is so unlike anything else I ever experienced, when I look back it was literally as if I'd been hit by cupid's arrow, or like someone just turned on a light switch. I'm too level headed to have called it love when we were just getting to know each other, but nevertheless there was this magnetism there that I believe some people just have with each other. I don't believe that there's only one soul mate for everyone. I'm sure I would have found happiness eventually even if I'd never met my husband, but once a soul mate does move into your life it sure puts the blinders on to anyone else!

I believe in love and first sight cause me and now my wife are soul mates. We met over the internet and no not on match.com or anything like that, I was on Aol in a chat room and she happened to be in the same room. I Imd her and said whats up wanna chat. She was like hey, we spoke for hrs on the computer. When I got tired of typing I asked her so what do I have to do to get your number and she said nothing here it is call me after 9pm. So I did. When I called her it was a different name than what she had told me so I got a little suspicious like anyone would. She called me back and we stayed on the phone until the sun came up. It was really great. But the best part of it was She new what I looked like but I had no Idea what she looked like. The morale of this story is I met her where she lived and 6 years later we are married but no kids yet. So yes I believe in love at first sight .

I never believed in love at first sights or soul mates. I use to laugh at my girlfriends when they talked about it. Then I met my husband. The very first time I kissed him I knew he was the one I was suppose to be with forever. That night changed my entire life

I don't believe in love at first sight but I do believe in love! Love and a relationship takes hard work but it has wonderful rewards! :angel12:

Yes it does have wonderful rewards if you don't screw it up later down the line.

I have been married to my soul mate for 48 years. Love at first sight? - I'm not so sure. It may happen, but as far as I can see, very rarely.

Yes, I do believe that there is someone out here that is the other half of your soul. Unfortunately, I lost my soul mate 2 years ago. I can still remember it like it was yesturday,when he died it was like part of me died with him. The pain alone was like a thousand knives stabbing into my heart. Now, today, I feel like I'm living a life that is just half of a whole. :crybaby2:

I didn't believe in love at first site but when I first saw my wife for the very first time I knew there was something about her that made me want her and get to know her. Shes my soul mate and the best thing to ever walk in my life.

I found my soulmate for sure and I believe there is a soulmate out there for everyone...just keep your eyes open at all times!! :heart:

Love at first sight has never happened to me, but lust at first sight has happened to me. I think there are soul mates but you have to work on the relationship, be compatible, trust and respect each other.

There are soul mates and there are TWIN SOULS aka TWIN FLAMES. The two are different.
Do a look up on twin souls/twin flames. Patricia Joundry's book comes to mind.
However, beware of all the misinformation about it, such as the ascended master channeled stuff.

I definitely don't believe in love at first sight. I used to believe in soul mates but i'm starting to waver on that one.

I believe in love at first sight because I think that love can be somewhat fickle and of a shorter, less durable nature. I can see someone who is great with their children, a wonderful physical specimen and quite intelligent and feel a warmth in my heart (and somewhat indelible mark on my memory) and feel a level of love. I believe that soul mates exist but that it is extremely rare that one finds their soul mate. I liked the entry from a previous poster that said sometimes you meet your soul mate but you each have your own separate lives and can only watch from afar.
