Everyone else who already volunteered: there was a bug in the new system that caused you to receive a LOT of DCEs today... around 15 of them! Sorry about that :) It should be all fixed now.

I just received a Fusion Cash daily Cash email, but it was from support not the original name I registered in my address book. I'm using yahoo!mail with safari (latest version) on windows vista. It works fine!I've updated the "From" name. From now on it should say it's from "FusionCash" instead of just "support". FYI the old Daily Cash Emails are under the name "FusionCash, Inc"

I'm working on a new system for sending out our Daily Cash Emails. This one should hopefully be more reliable than our current provider, AWeber. We'll actually be sending the DCEs ourselves.
Before we switch everyone over, we need to test it for a while. That's where you come in: just post in this thread that you'd like to volunteer, and I will add your DCE subscription to the new system. There are two changes: the new DCE has a different design, and you will no longer be able to use a different email address -- all DCEs sent from the new system will automatically go to the email address you have on file with your FusionCash account.
At the conclusion of the test, participants will receive a $0.25 bonus. Limited to the first 100 who apply.
** NOTE: If you volunteer, you will receive TWO daily cash emails, one from AWeber and one from us directly - however, you can still only earn one 2c bonus per day (you can click the link in either email)
Administrator:Let me know how it goes today. I just checked ALL the email logs and I'm sure that your "new" DCE is being sent out. We even got a serial number receipt for delivery to your address. That said, it's definitely possible that GMail is - for one reason or another - blocking or delaying acceptance into your inbox. One other thing you might try is to add "support@fusioncash.net" to your "Contacts" list if it's not there already. You can also try marking the Sunday "new" DCE that you did receive, as "Important" - if you are using the Priority Inbox.
Pasted the line you suggested into the search box and also checked my spam folder. I actually volunteered on 5/06 and received both DCEs on that date, but only the regular DCE on both 5/07 and 5/08. Thanks for responding to my last post. I'll check tomorrow morning and give you an update on whether or not I receive both DCEs. Glad to help.
Received both old and new emails. It worked but gave me the message "the campaign you selected is not available right now" or something like that. It still gave me the credit though of $.02. Of course clicking on the second email gave me the message that I had already been credited (Which I had). Hope this helps.The "not available right now" message should be fixed.

Thank You :wave:This is normal (how I intended it to work). You'll continue to receive BOTH emails until we officially transition to the "NEW" email. If you unsubscribe from one, you'll be automatically unsubscribed from the other -- so for now you should just ignore the old one and use the new one.
To Administrator,This tells me that the DCE is not hitting your "Inbox" - it's being "archived" or sent to 'Spam' automatically. Either it's happening because you setup a filter to do so, or because Gmail thinks that the message is spam or borderline spam. Does the message you found with that special search show a "Spam" label? If not, it's just being 'Archived'.
After copying and pasting the link you provided into the search box, the new DCE did come up. May I ask what that tells you? Thanks and glad to help work out these issues with the new DCE, which does have a very smart new look, by the way.

Checked for filters and found none. Made a new filter for "support@fusioncash.net" and set the action to "Never send it to spam" as you instructed.
I will look for the DCE in the "All Mail" tab from now on and follow the other instructions you indicated. Thank you for the follow-up.

I just got the new daily and I clicked on It and Its asking me to download something. This Isn't the first time this has happened. I've missed out on a lot of the daily emails. I sent a support ticket on 2-18. just wanted to let you know, Admin that there Is still a problem.I haven't heard of this issue from anyone else. not yet. this laptop is new and the trial of anti-virus that was on here is expired. My boyfriend bought more but just not got it onto his computer, mine is next. Hi, I just got the new DCE, but when I click on it, I get a service error. That's in Google Chrome though. It worked fine on Firefox though. I was able to open the DCE I received today on Google Chrome.This happened because I was doing some maintenance on the DCE page which briefly brought it down. I know it seems like it worked in one browser and not the other but in fact the problem was caused on our end and is not related to the email itself but to the webpage on FC where you actually get the credit. Sorry about that :)

Received the new DCE, not the old one again. Checked both mail and the inbox for the old one, as well as the "Spam" and "Trash" folders. No luck. The new DCE did work fine. Marked the new one as important as instructed and will see what happens tomorrow.Since we're phasing out the old DCE, and you're already receiving the new DCE, it's not so important that you receive the 'old' one anymore. We will probably stop sending it soon.
Today I only recieved the old email and not the new one. Its not in my inbox or spam folder. Dont know what happened todayMaybe it'll show up later. According to our logs, we sent it at 1:24am PST and Yahoo accepted it for delivery. It should be in there somewhere!
I received two email for the 11th. The "Old" one worked well and I got my credit. The "New" email said that An Error Occurred, Sorry but you have already been credited today. I would like to know why mine did not work.This is how it's supposed to work. Even though you volunteered to get two DCEs, you can still only get one 2c credit per day (this is explained in the first post). Tomorrow, try getting your credit with the "new" email :)
I checked for it all day and still never showed. It iisnt in any of the boxes. It may be a yahoo issue. I have gotten both of them until today. Ill see what happens tomorrow!!!!Hopefully it was a one-time problem and you'll get today's. If not, I'll try to help figure out the problem!
