Title: IS IT A GOOD IDEA FOR THE WHITE HOUSE NOT TO RELEASE BIN LADEN'S PHOTOS?

PERSONALLY I THINK THEY SHOULD RELEASE THE PICTURES. BIN LADEN HAS PLAYED HIDE AND SEEK WITH US FOR A LONG TIME SO TILL THOSE PICS ARE RELEASED SOME PEOPLE LIKE ME WILL NOT BELIEVE HE IS DEAD. SADDAM HUSEIN'S PICS AND EVEN VIDEOS OF HIS EXECUTION WAS MADE PUBLIC SOON AFTER HIS DEATH SO WHY NOT BIN LADEN WHO TO ME IS THE MOST HATED MAN IN AMERICAN HISTORY( THIS IS JUST MY OPINION LETS HEAR WHAT U GOT)

I believe that even if they showed the pictures the people that do not want to believe he is dead would say they are fake. :)

Dead is dead......his death was gruesome. That is a pretty big story to "make up." I surely don't like to see gruesome photos. There was one gruesome photo of him on Facebook circulating.....

I don't think it is a good idea.  There is enough hatrid towards us without releasing the gruesome pictures.

After 13 years dealing with the military I would like to have proof of his death, but I wish they had taken him alive so that he would have had to face the American people for his crimes.

I think there is a lot of scepticism about the whole event as well as burial at sea. I think it would be a good idea to release any photos and film of the incident. I know not everyone want to see but at least make it available for those that want to.

I understand and agree with the reason behind NOT relieasing them right now, but probably in a few months or a year, YES if should be release and let the people see.  Right now there is to much on the new about him and his dead to fuel the extrimist why give them more wood for the fire.

yeah i kinda want to photos to reassure me that he is dead and i guess the public at large needs to know

Yes I think that they should release the photos to the American People to see them. I personally want proof.

Well, some people would like to see pics, others don't believe what they see. Me, personally don't care. he is dead so the case should be closed. The White House has the other important things than  Ben laden's dead pictures.

Lets see, I have two points to this, On the one hand, it would really be disturbing, and I am not talking about aggrevating taliban, ect. i am talking about starting a riot in the very U.s. It is unbelievable the number of people who are against what they did. Our very own citizens are angry with U.S, for killing him. These are the same ones who do not understand what this man was capable of and still doing, what if it were there children, huh, would they still feel the same way.
On the other hand, I think this is the only closure and proof that they can provide is these pictures, and the matching evidence and dna. So another thing for everyone to argue about.
