i like to do the coffee first thing in the morning only on my days off from working out other than that i like to start off with a protein shake

At our house we try to keep breakfast a meal that is good for you and gets you to a good start to the day. I have tea with some fruit and yogart. My son has cereal with friut and oj.

I have to force myself to eat breakfast. Ever since I can remember, never been hungry in the morning. I know that it's important to eat something so it's a piece of fruit....something small like that to get my metabolism up and going.

i know its bad but i did not have breakfast this morning. i've never really been a breakfast person to begin with but i know it is unhealthy to skip it so i try really hard to eat something every morning, within an hour of waking up. but today i lounged around in bed because it was raining and by the time i made it to the kitchen all i wanted to eat was a turkey and avocado sandwich so technically i skipped breakfast and went straight to lunch

If its a cold morning something warm/hot like waffles, pancakes, or oatmeal. On warmer days I like just a bowl of cereal or maybe a bagel with a piece of fruit. Most of the time I drink tea with whatever I happen to make.

are you talking about the jimmy dean breakfast bowls, if so I agree those things are really good. I like to make a couple pieces of toast with jelly on them to go with it.

I don't like most breakfast foods (and the ones I do are unhealthy), so this morning was leftover meatloaf.

I very rarely eat breakfast. Usually only have a cup of coffee. I read somewhere that coffee was considered a food.

I try to mix eggs in there every so often, but usually it's the staple with cereal. Either cheerios or raisin bran. Sometimes I mix both together! Of course, gotta have the skim milk : )

Today, I had strawberries with an cheese omelet! I love eggs with anything...lol

some days I have toast, other days it's cereal, sometimes a bagel, and other days eggs. On the weekend I sometimes have pancakes or french toast or waffles...dang...I just realized breakfast is my favorite meal of the day :)

One of 3 things: leftovers from dinner the night before, a Slim Fast shake, or a bowl of Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal with 1% milk, sliced strawberries, and 2 pieces of turkey bacon.

I eat cereal and milk on the weekdays because school starts too early and that's all there's time for in the morning. On the weekends, I eat waffles :)

depends on the day of the week, Sundays and Wednesdays are Pop-Tart days and on the other days i usually have a bagel or a bowl of cereal.

Anything that was made for breakfast. Anything not meant for early morning enjoyment is just nasty!

I usually eat a bowl of yogurt with blueberries, blackberries and apple slices. Also green tea.
On some days I eat waffles or cereal.
