I agree,Rob Thomas is one of the best.Not many others come to mind.
Phil Collins is my favorite singer,but unfortunately he's semi-retired due to health problems.  :-

It depends on your taste in singers.  There are a lot of singers who are really good.  Just can't stand that Rap junk.
