Title: Best way to loose weight

What is the best way to loose weight, I know that stopping eating is not the way, there is some people that does juices, or low carb food, what would you do, and if you have some recipes, let me know.

moderation & exercise (that in moderation too!  chuckle) i think works.  have what you want but not tons of it.  like if i want ice cream, i go to mcd's or someplace i can get the $1 soft serve cone and that takes care of my carving. if i buy a quart i eat a quart!  chuckle.  anyway, same with choc.  basically i don't keep anything i really like around the house.  only staples!

Living on the space station is a sure way to lose weight. All of it.

Diets in my opinion are stupid. You need to WANT to make a lifestyle CHANGE. I was about 50 pounds overweight and lost it back in 2004. I gained back a bunch when I was pregnant with my daughter but lost all of it and then a bit more.

Moderation is key, and obviously you need to exercise. Just make smarter eating choices. Everything you buy in a grocery store has a nutrition label, and almost all restaurants have their nutrition information available online.

Eat all you can in the mornig and in the afternoon but then before ur about to get in bed stop cause the worst to gain weight is eating at night time . :binkybaby:

In addition to looking at the nutrition labels, try to be aware of how many calories you're taking in. Keep a journal or use a calorie counting app or website to help you keep track. A little exercise plus a little calorie cutting goes a long way.

The person that says when you want ice cream, go get a little $1 ice cream at McDonalds, is absolutely correct. Watch those portions. Having the sweets and fattening food around your house is just asking for a thicker body. If you just have to have some cake. Go ahead and make one, then give the largest portions to friends or neighbors. Not that they will thank you for it either if they are watching their weight. Sometimes portioning it into smaller pieces and freezing them is good. Only thing is, we have "defrost" features on all our microwaves, and it's still in the house.

Smaller portions of food has helped me, and drinking lots of water. I was raised to eat everything on my plate. A practice that doesn't serve well in adulthood. Get smaller plates to eat your meals on. Walking is my exercise because I love to do it. Do exercise you want to do like swimming, biking, etc. A lot of people like going to the gym and working out, but not me. If it's not fun to me, I won't do it.

Eat a lot of raw veggies and fruits for snacks, instead of candy. Make sure your fridge is bursting with them. Keep nuts and seeds in abundance on hand also. If you eat healthy, then your body doesn't have as many cravings for the "sweets" and over processed foods.

     Buy an Alli starting kit. Read all the literature. Thay tell you what to avoid: No bread, no pasta, no rice...all the no's! The pills are OK...you just need  to know how to use them. Is is the only FDA lose weight program.

For me, I have found a website that is free that keeps track of Calories, myfitnesspal.com.  All it does it keeps track of calories and excercise.  I have used it for 10 days and I have already lost 7.4 pounds.  You do the math...
