Do you think Casey Anthony is innocent or guilty? Why?

GUILTY >:(  She is the biggest liar I have ever seen.  Who kills their child and points the finger at your own father?  She changes her story every hour!  I feel so very sorry for her parents but she is a cold blooded killer.

I am not sure.  Let the justice system run its course.

I agree, even if she did not do it herself, she knows what happened.  What kind of mother knows her child is missing as goes out to party and have fun and waits a whole month to report your child missing?  Even if my child is with her father, grandparent or another relative for a few days, away from me, I call more than once just to talk to her and say Hi.  My oldest daughter who is 18 years old when on a trip to Europe with the school and I talked to her 3 times a day, one day that I could not reach her for a few hours and I went on panic mode, she was of course laughing at me afterwards, but that is a mother's instinct, which Casey Anthony has NONE. No matter what has allegedly happen to you as a child, your instincts kick in and you would die to protect your daughter, not go out having fun.  And if it is true that she drown, why not call 911 that would not be the 1st and definetely not the last child who dies from a pool accident.

Guilty is the one that pull the trigger as much as the one that ordered the crime, or covers up what happened.  She is guilty of being a BAD MOTHER first and for most and guilty of protecting whom ever child her little girl.

I as sick an tired of this case, just finish that trial and let that little girl have peace.

Not sure, but I do think she is guilty of missing a few things in her brain.  Unfortunately, it seems her parents are the same!   The only one who seems to have any sanity in the family is the poor brother!

She is guilty just as the sky is blue. There is no doubt in my mind that she took her innocent child's life. What kind of mother waits 31 days to report their child missing??! She has got mental problems, and giving her the death penalty would be too easy. That woman should be made to rot in an 8 by 8 jail cell with nothing but pictures of her child surrounding her, that way she remembers everyday of her life what she did.

She is Guilty as sin..I mean come on you do not tell anyone your kid is missing for 31 days, you go out and party, you lie and people see you acting normal as your baby is missing..I don't know but she has a look of guilt..I get a bad vibe from her..I live where all this is going on and if she gets off I tell you people here will flip out!

I feel so bad for that little girl. I think she is definetly guilty. There is too much evidence pointing that way. My heart goes out to her family. Especially her mother. My prayers are with the family.

I think she probably didn't intentionally kill her daughter, but treated her so poorly that she died.  Still guilty, though.

Let me put it to you this way.  Why would a mother, after finding her dead daughter, put duck tape over her mouth and hide her body?  On top of all that, not even call the police?  Is it because she is innocent and wants justice to be served and get closure for the tragic event that has occurred and will forever change her life and her family's life?

I so agree ... I believe with all my heart she is guilty ... but she is a troubled girl and I do feel so sad for her parents..... If not for them I think she should get the death penalty but for their sakes ..... I hope she gets life.

I'm tired of seeing her sorry, solemn face on the news all the time.  She seems to have no expression.  I guess guilt will do that to a soul.
