Title: How many sweets can eat ?

Post by: lgemini on June 29, 2011, 02:17:26 am: I would like to give up sweets, but I can not. It depends on how my day is going. If I doing fine, I will not eat a lot of sweets. If my day is going bad, well I can eat sweets all day. I guess I am an emotional eater.

I only dislike anything that contain artificial sweeteners like a piece of “candy.” <---- I know my username is ironic. ;D

Always have. I guess growing up with braces, I stood away from chocolate and gum because my orthodontist would know that I had candy in my mouth. I have to be very careful about sweets now, because the calories go right to my hips if I don't go out and run or exercise. It drives me crazy!!! :sad1: Anyways, I usually eat a lot of candy now, but always burn off the calories consumed....Lol. I never had cavities and I am so glad. I am still shocked why I've never had them or get them because I always have to have a piece of candy everyday! :P

I made some white chocolate almond mousse pie the other night and it was pretty good. I'm more about dessert I guess than candy but I'm not a big dessert person either. I like stuffing myself with a good hearty meal and if there is room for dessert so be it and if not I'm still completely happy :P

ummm, yah missy and WHERE have YOU been? You been gone all this time but let someone mention "sweets" and "boom, there she is"! ;) missed ya!

Alot of days I have a little candy but moderation is key, I don't like the feeling afterwards of too much sugar.
