Title: Do you hang you TP over the roll or under ?

I Like my toilet paper to be hung over the roll ... how about you?

Post by: AdamH1978 on July 01, 2011, 11:53:53 am: Over. It's closer to you when it's over the roll obviously. Plus when the roll is under you can't see what might be on the back of the roll as your tearing it off.....perhaps a spider waiting to bite. :P

That's the argument I always give when this subject comes up and it usually gets people to see that under is just not right. lol you can still see the pattern if it is under you just don't see it on the part that hangs down lol

Hehe! Yes, true, but it is much prettier if it's over....I'm just kidding, not really that obsessed with TP and 'displaying' it. ;D

With that though you have to think why it is there instead of on the roll. The way our bath room is positioned I have to reach behind me to get at the toilet paper and that is irritating. If it is on the tank I grab it before I sit down and put it back after I wash. It is not lazy thing it is a comfort thing.

I have noticed that Left Handers usually end up putting the TP under white righties put it over. If you have cats you might want to put it under so that they dont unroll the whole roll while you are at work!
